| Cotton is one of the most important and most widely cultivated economic crops in the world.It is a natural textile with agricultural products as the main raw material.Pesticide residues in cotton and its textiles are mainly from pesticides used in cotton growth and development.For a long time,people's understanding of the hazards of pesticide residues are mostly concentrated in food,fruits,vegetables and other "food" aspects,and for the "clothing" security concerns are not high.Cotton is the world's largest agricultural and sideline products,about 60% of the world's pesticide chemicals are used for cotton.Cotton pesticide residues on the bacteria can not only be absorbed through the respiratory and digestive system,but also through skin contact into the human body damage the liver and nervous system.At present,most of China's cotton fiber to rely on imports,on the one hand made of cotton textiles to meet the needs of their people,on the other hand made of high-end clothing exports to foreign countries.As China's cotton fiber pesticide residues in the detection methods and limited standards of less research,developed countries to domestic cotton textile toxic and hazardous substances in the standard level of technical standards,through legislation to develop mandatory regulations,so that developing countries difficult to meet the requirements,thus The formation of green trade barriers,to China's cotton textile exports caused losses.Whether it is from the cotton fiber pesticide residues to the human body,the environment caused by the potential harm,or from the country encountered trade barriers loss,China is in urgent need to establish cotton fiber pesticide residues in the detection and analysis methods to develop cotton fiber pesticide residues Standards,aimed at China's cotton textile quality and safety standards and norms to provide theoretical support to protect the interests of China's exports of textiles.This paper has carried out the following work:1 A method of gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(GC-MS/MS)was developed to test cotton fiber in ?-BHC,Hexachlorobenzene,Dimethipin,?-BHC,?-BHC,?-BHC,Parathion-methyl,Heptachlor,Aldrin,Parathion,Iosdrine,Chlordane,0,p-dde,P,p-dde,Dieldrin,O,p-ddd,Endrin,P,p-ddd,O,p-ddt,P,p-ddt,Thidiazron,Diuron,Cyclanilide of 20 kinds of pesticide residues.Were investigated before treatment,the volume of extraction solvent and extraction timeon recovery,comparisonof different extraction solvents on peak shape and separation efficiency,the optimal conditions of chromatography and mass spectrometry.The optimal liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry detection conditions,set up 20 kinds of cotton fiber in the detection of pesticide residues determination method of GC-MS/MS,this method has good linear relationship(R>98),low detection limit(0.10~0.2ug/kg),and the recovery rate was 65.00%~98.33%,met requirements for analysis of amounts of multiple pesticides.2 A method of liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(GC-MS/MS)was developed to test cotton fiber in Thidiazuron?Diuron and Cyclanilide of 3 kinds of pesticide residues detection method.The effects of acetonitrile and methanol on the chromatographic peaks were compared.The chromatographic and mass spectrometric conditions were optimized.The method of LC-MS/MS determination of three pesticide residues in cotton fiber was established under the condition of optimal LC-MS/MS instrumentation.The linear relationship was good(R>99).The recoveries were 70.17% ~ 93.67%,which satisfied the requirement of pesticide residue analysis.3 GC-MS/MS and LC-MS/MS analysis method is established by using the 3 of Chinese 2014-2015 years harvest 114 cotton samples,and in 2014-2015 from Australia,the United States,India,Brazil imported 106 cotton fiber samples of 23 commonly used,toxic pesticide pesticide and defoliants pesticide detection,and domestic and foreign cotton fiber pesticide residues in the risk analysis,Clear the status of pesticide residues in cotton fiber at home and abroad. |
