Selection On Fine Variety Of Robinia Pseudoacacia L. And Its Molecular Markers

Robinia pseudoacacia L.is an important fast-growing timber species in North of Anhui Province.It is very beneficial to breed excellent varieties and expand its application.This study discusses the Guoyang Robinia pseudoacacia L.through 4 stages of introduction,selection,check,run-off.The breeding of fast-growing,narrow crown,no thorn seed Robinia pseudoacacia var.Hongsen The main research results are as follow:The breeding method of Hongsenhuai(1)The strip was picked up from the dominant seedling,and the fine cutting clones were cultured.(2)Comparison of different clones.Select the 6 clones with fast-growing,narrow crown,and clone of thorn fast off.The regional test of 6 clones was carried out.Record the 6 clones and the control tree species of Robinia pseudoacacia growth,crown width,and the removal amount of thorn.(3)From 1~6 clones selected in clone 3 fast growth,and fast thorn and narrow crown,trunk straight features more prominent,named Robinia pseudoacacia var.HongsenThe characteristics of Robinia pseudoacacia var.Hongsen(1)The rapid growth rate of Robinia pseudoacacia var.Hongsen 1 years,the average height of the tree is 3.2 meters.The average DHB of the tree is 3.0 centimeters.3 years,the average height of the tree is 11.56 meters.The average DHB of the tree is 12.48 centimeters.6 years,the average height of the tree is 18.67 meters.The average DHB of the tree is 18.24 centimeters.The Robinia pseudoacacia var.Hongsen average growth rate in the first 3 years was 3.7m/y,is 1.32 and 1.98 times of the Anhui Huai NO.1 and ordinary locust.(2)Hongsenhuai has narrow crown.3 years old Robinia pseudoacacia var.Hongsen average crown was 2.8 meters,6 years old Robinia pseudoacacia var.Hongsen average crown was 5.5 meters.Straight trunk,branch angle between 30°~45°.In the narrow crown characteristics,Hongsenhuai is better than Anhui Huai NO.1.(3)Robinia pseudoacacia var.Hongsen is no thorn.Compared with other common Robinia pseudoacacia,1~2 years old tree body thorn short and soft.The removal thorn rate was 95%.3 years after the body of the tree basically no thorns.The average removal thorn rate was 96%.Using SSR technology to establish the fingerprint of DNA in Robinia pseudoacacia var.Hongsen Fresh leaves as the research object,Using SSR technology to identify the DNA barcode of Robinia pseudoacacia var.Hongsen Establishment of DNA fingerprinting.To ensure the genetic characteristics of fine varieties of Robinia pseudoacacia var.Hongsen Play an important role in the promotion of widely planting.Greatly shorten the breeding time.Further improve the accuracy of the selection and reduce breeding cost.
