Grain is the most basic material guarantee of human survival,the annual loss rate in the grain storage process reached 8%,resulting in 50 billion food losses.So how to reduce the rate of food loss has attracted wide attention.In order to ensure safe food storage,food moisture must be reduced to safe storage standards.Grain online moisture detector is a high-performance dryer essential equipment,its accuracy is directly related to the level of grain drying.Resistive grain moisture meter is through the measurement of grain resistance and temperature method,according to a certain mathematical model into a water value,with a stable type,without interference advantages.Although the domestic resistance of food moisture meter research to achieve certain results,but the product in the practical application process,the detection effect is still there is accuracy,repeatability is not high and other shortcomings.In this paper,aiming at the various components of Moisture Meter No.1 and No.2,this paper puts forward some methods to improve the measurement accuracy of moisture meter by optimizing the mechanical structure.The main contents and conclusions of this paper are as follows:Determination of GB5497-1985 food,oil test moisture determination of 105 ?constant weight method to determine the actual water,by adding water to absorb the gradient of 2% range of 13-21% of the test sample.In the market to buy two different types of resistive grain moisture meter,build a test platform system,the test sample measurement records.Through the experimental comparison,the experimental data were analyzed,and the performance of the two kinds of water instruments was obtained.The overall mechanical mechanism of the moisture meter includes the roller wheel sampling mechanism,the gear transmission mechanism,the gear motor drive device and the fastening parts of the four parts.One by one to explain the various parts of the instrument in the course of the operation of the role,function;for each part of a detailed description,including the size of the parts,with the performance and check.The analysis of mechanical structure includes the performance analysis of the sampling mechanism,the performance analysis of the drive device,the performance analysis of the gear transmission mechanism,and the performance analysis of the coupling element.Comparison of the analysis of moisture meter No.1,No.2 of the components: sampling body rolling the surface of the knurled,the master from the rolling of the knurling,with the gear;gear teeth,gear reduction ratio;gear motor,Output speed,speed reduction ratio;fasteners connected to the fastener,key connection.The single factor experiment is used to analyze whether the single factor affects the detection accuracy in the process of instrument detection and find the ideal single factor value,so as to achieve the goal of optimizing the product.Experiments show that the surface of the roller is twisted than the surface rough knurled,grain moisture meter detection accuracy is more accurate.With the increase of the motor power value of the gear motor,the measurement accuracy of the moisture meter will increase.When the motor power value reaches 15 W,the motor power value will be increased and the measurement accuracy of the moisture meter will not increase.
