This study was conducted to investigate the effects of rumen protected fat on production performance of dairy cows,milk quality and beef fattening performance,meat quality.In the cows test,we selected 24 Chinese healthy Holstein cows,according to the milk yield,postpartum days,randomly divided into 3 groups,control group,rumen unsaturated fat group and rumen saturated fat group,analysised the effect of rumen protected fat on production performance of dairy cows,the blood index and milk quality.The beef cattle test,selected 20 similar weight(about 400 kg),healthy normal Australia Angus beef,were randomly divided into 5 groups,the 1 group was the control group;the 2 group,3 group and 4 group in the test added diet feed different amount of rumen unsaturated fat.The 5 group added rumen saturated fat from the market,Analysised the effect of dietary supplementation of different levels of rumen protected fat on production performance of beef cattle,the blood index and beef quality.In the cows test showed,(1)added RPF milk yield increased,the difference was not significant.(2)added rumen saturated fat increased the cow ATGL,the early stage the difference was very significant(P<0.01),later difference was significant(P<0.05).(3)the cow add rumen fatty the content of INS increased,the difference early and later stage was significant(P<0.05),added saturated fat early significantly increased INS(P<0.05),later have no significant effect.(4)different RPF reduced the content of GC in cow,early stage the difference wasn't significant,later stage difference was significant(P<0.05).(5)rumen unsaturated fat content increased the early stage cow IGF-1(P<0.05),later stage didn't affect significantly,added rumen saturated fat the content of IGF-1 increased,early stage the difference was not significant,later stage difference was significant(P<0.05).(6)added different types of RPF,GLU in early stage increased significantly(P<0.05),later stage had no significant effect,AST in the early stage increased significantly(P<0.05),in later stage had no significant effect,added saturated fat ALT in the early stage of increased significantly(P<0.05),in later stage had no significant effect.(7)added different types of RPF milk fat percentage early stage increased significantly(P<0.05),no significant influence in the late stage.(8)added the rumen unsaturated fat,palmitic acid and stearic acid in bovine blood was significantly decreased(P<0.05),the content of oleic acid in blood increased,difference was very significant(P<0.01),in milk the content of saturated acid decreased significantly(P<0.05).Added rumen saturated fat,fatty acid in the blood and milk didn't significantly affect.In the beef test showed,(1)added RPF beef cattle weight gain increased,in the early stage the level of 2%unsaturated fatty acids differed significantly,RPF reduced the intake of beef cattle,in the early stage the difference between the group 4 and the group 1 was significant,in the later stage the difference between the group4,5 and group 1 were significant.(2)added rumen unsaturated fat INS increased,the early and later the difference between the group2,3 and group 1 was significant(P<0.05).(3)added rumen unsaturated fat the content of GC increased,experimental groups between the group 1 differences were significant(P<0.05),added rumen saturated fat the content of GC increased.In the early stage difference was significant(P<0.05),in the later stage the difference was very significant(P<0.01).(4)added the rumen unsaturated fat the content of GH reduced,in the early stage the difference between group 3 and group lwas significant(P<0.05),in the later stage the difference between group2,3 4 and group 1 were significant(P<0.05),added saturated fat reduced the content of GH in early and later,the differences were significant(P<0.01).(5)added rumen unsaturated fat the content of LEP increased,in the early stage groups 2,3 and group 1 difference was significant(P<0.05),in the later stage the difference weren't significant,rumen saturated fat reduced the content of LEP,the difference was not significant,later difference was significant(P<0.05)(6)added rumen unsaturated fatty TP increased,group 4 and group 1 different significantly(P<0.05),in the early stage added rumen saturated fat TP increased significantly(P<0.05),in the later stage had no significant effect.Different types of RPF significantly decreased MDA(P<0.05).Added rumen unsaturated fatty AST increased,in the early stage,group 2,4 and group different 1 significantly(P<0.05),in the later stage the difference between the group 2,3 and group 1 were significant(P<0.05).(7)the effect of slaughter performance and meat quality of different types of RPF were no significant.(8)In unsaturated RPF,the content of unsaturated fat in beef increased,the saturated fat decreased.The results showed that,Dietary supplementation RPF improved cow energy level,effectively alleviate the negative energy phenomenon of dairy cows,milk Milk yield increased,significantly increase the milk fat rate.Diet rumen unsaturated fat increased the unsaturated fat in milk proportion,improve the beef energy level,reduce the intake of fat,promote the metabolism of protein,weight gain increased,the 2%unsaturated ADG reached the maximum,slaughter performance and beef quality had no significant effect.Rumen unsaturated fatty can increase the content of unsaturated fat in beef,and the optimum dosage was 4%.
