With the continuous development of economy and society,the greening of urban garden has become more and more prominent in the promotion and facilitation of economic and social sustainable development.At the same time,it brings the contradictions to people which araised from the rapid development and araised from the urban green space construction and the surrounding environment organic combination,and force them to make considerable thought,So reconciling these contradictions is particularly important issue in these days.The Research Methods in which this article included was based on Literaturverzeichnis,Survey Research Methods and the analyze method in SWOT,it also summarizes the development theory,current situation and experience of domestic and foreign urban landscaping.As the development of Xiaoyi city in Shanxi province the example,it is based on the analyze method in SWOT,it comprehensive analyzed the development of garden greening in Xiaoyi city.The superiorities included:The traffic convenience,the social economy development momentum is better,the greening management system is relatively mature,even if the economy downfalls,the garden greening capital still has certain safeguard.The problem are lie in how to Scientific perfection deeper plan the urban green space system under the new situation,how to accelerate the construction of landscaping in the new situation,how to combine the development of the garden to regulate the management and maintenance technology,how to further innovate the way of investment in greening management,how to deeper enhance the green awareness of local people.The opportunity is the local government paid great importance to it.this plan has involved in the 13th five-year plan,the national eco-garden city creates an opportunity for the development of the cultural tourism industry in the whole province.The threats are mainly from the development of urban landscaping and the development of local construction area are not unified,and the unbalanced development of urban greening has not been solved yet.Here we based from the reality to forward the countermeasures for the development of garden greening in xiaoyi city.The first countermeasure is reasonable planning the project,and layout in a scientific way,then rational using the urban space,enhanced communication and linkage mechanism.The second countermeasure is to strengthen the construction of garden green space,more measures simultaneously,quicken the steps of landscape construction,we need to improve the green ecological benefits,to plan as a whole development of the city greening level,we must strengthen the botanical garden afforestation construction of infrastructure,and highlight the local characteristics of Xiaoyi greening,inrich the plant diversity.The third countermeasure is that we need strengthen the management of green fields,increase the intensity of management,improve the construction of the legal system and increase the strength of personnel training.The fourth countermeasure is to attract more investment in innovative fund.The fifth countermeasure is to raise the awareness in garden greening local people.
