Study On Problems And Countermeasures Of Landscape Greening In Chongqing City

Urban landscape greening is the infrastructure of urban construction, playing a significant role in improving urban ecological environment, beautifying city and improving life quality. With development of economic and social development, the expansion and improvement of urban construction, the urban landscape management is facing many problems and challenges. This research sets the landscaping administrative as a subject, focusing on the landscape planning and management, management system construction and policy etc. This study will improve the landscape management in Chongqing city.This paper is divided into six chapters. Chapter one introduces the research background, the theoretical basis and the research methods; Chapter two describes the literature reviews in domestic and overseas; Chapter three expounds the studying situation of Chongqing city landscaping. Chapter four describes the present situation of Chongqing city landscaping through the comparison of data and the questionnaire analysis. Chapter five puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problem. Chapter six is the conclusion. The main research contents are as follows.This paper expounds the main problems existing in urban landscape greening. Firstly,the role of garden greening in ecological civilization is not enough. Secondly, the landscape planning problems: the planning and preparation is not enough; green planning and urban planning convergence is not enough; the administrative functions of department is not enough coordination. Thirdly, the landscape construction: it is urgent to optimize the urban ecological layout; ecological benefits of urban green space is not enough; garden green construction development is not balanced; landscaping is not enough; infrastructure construction lags behind, plant configuration need to further improve. Fourthly, the landscape management problems: the management organization setting is not enough; the management level and ability is in low level; the management of capital investment is less; the maintenance is not enough. Fifthly, the landscaping policy problems: both the laws and regulations fall behind the development of industry; the management system is not perfect; the lack of good publicity for the introducing policies and strategic deployment. Sixthly, the problems of landscaping practitioners: the comprehensive quality is uneven; the responsibility is not enough; the laws and regulations are not enough. Seventhly, the combination of industry development and Internet platform is not enough.Putting forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the management of Chongqing city landscape is necessary. Firstly, understanding the importance of landscaping is important. Second, the reasonable scientific planning includes the strict design and audit system, the planning of scenic resources, etc. Thirdly, strengthening the construction of garden green space, including the rational utilization of urban space, improving the ecological benefits of urban green space, co-ordination of various districts and counties of the green development level, strengthening green land accessibility planning and construction, landscape greening to strengthen infrastructure construction and improving the allocation of species of plants, etc. Fourthly, strengthening the management of garden green space, include: management of landscape green space, financial support, standardizing the management of landscaping enterprises, promoting the application of e-commerce, the management of park operations, etc. Fifthly, improving the legal system include, the law enforcement and supervision system, the policy advocacy efforts, the administration of law, the network supervision. Sixthly, improving personnel training efforts include, creating the leading and supporting of science and technology, enhancing the sense of responsibility and professional ability of professional talents, and enriching the research of landscape theories, integration of resources and tapping the potential synergies and. Seventh, promoting the “Internet plus” include, WeChat, micro-blog and the other using of the network platform; improving the enthusiasm of public participation in landscape greening, network soft and website construction.The significant of this paper includes three aspects. Firstly, theoretical significance; the positive orientation and promoting effect can enrich the theory of garden greening management. Secondly, practical significance; it is can be improved in the modern garden management system, thus we can explore and learn in practice. Thirdly, innovation significance; it can enrich the field of landscape management research and practice. This paper will highlight the characteristics of “mountain city, river city, Green city”, and provide a theoretical basis for the establishment of urban landscape with the abundant cultural connotation.
