The soil in the coal mining subsidence area was conducted to investigate the effect of Alfalfa inoculation of Arbuscular Mycorrhizal fungi(AMF)and Rhizobium on the mycorrhizal infection, the chemical properties of the soil and the index of plant nutrients. The aim of this study was to screen the best combination of Mycorrhizal-Host plant-Microbial bioremediation system. The experiment was conducted in greenhouse at the Grassland Science Experimental Station of Shanxi Agricultural University in June 2016.The Experiments at randomized trial method were divided into 9 groups, including Gm,Ge,Gi,V,Gm+V,Ge+V,Gm+V,CK and R.The results show that:Three kinds of AMF can effectively infect alfalfa roots in the coal mine soil.Infestation density and arbusid abundance of alfalfa inoculated Gm fungi was higher than that of Ge,Gi,and the Gm fungi was the best under the condition of inoculation. The difference between the treatment was not significant in co-inoculation.The inoculation density of each inoculation was higher than that of single inoculation, and the Gm fungi showed the strongest adaptability whether single or co-inoculation.The content of chlorophyll in alfalfa was increased by AMF and double inoculation of AMF and Rhizobium in the coal mining soil. And the chlorophyll content had a tend of increasing with the increase of days.In the alfalfa flowering period, the chlorophyll content was still increasing. The chlorophyll content of alfalfa in the form of single Rhizobium, blank control and natural soil had a tend of increasing firstly and then decreased with the increase of days. And the chlorophyll content reached the highest value at 50 days.Co-inoculation combined in fallow soil, promote the plants’ uptake of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium nutrients, enhanced the roots’ competence, improved the content of plant nitrate reductase, and showed a positive effect of mutualism. The contents of available phosphorus, available nitrogen and alkaline phosphatase in the coal mining soil were increased by inoculation with co-inoculation in the poor and low phosphorus soil, and the pH of the soil was decreased.
