As for the natural environment of Ningxia Zhongwei city is harsh, forage aquaculture development can not meet demand and low efficiency of land use in this situation. In this paper gannong No.4 alfalfa as the object of research in the Shapotou District of Ningxia in Zhongwei City, using two-factors randomized block test method, and Gannong No.4 alfalfa as a control, a total of seven treatments, The treatment of A1B1, A1B2, A1B3, A2B1, A2B2, A2B3 and CK are different representative Gan Nong No. 4 alfalfa+NuoDeman+Medicago lupulina Linn、Gan Nong No.4 alfalfa+NuoDeman+Medicago scutellata Mill、Gan Nong No.4 alfalfa+NuoDeman+Medicago polymorpha Gaertn、Gan Nong No.4 alfalfa+DuoMeng+Medicago lupulina Linn、Gan Nong No.4 alfalfa+DuoMeng+Medicago scutellata Mill、Gan Nong No.4 alfalfa+DuoMeng+Medicago polymorpha Gaertn and Gannong No.4 alfalfa.carried out with the Effects of Mixture and Inoculationon Alfalfa on Gongnong No.4 on the field.By measuring alfalfa nodule indicators, alfalfa basic growth indicators and correlation analysis, finally using grey correlation degree comprehensive evaluation, to explore the suitable plantin garea mixed inoculation with rhizobia alfalfa best combination, the results are as follows:(1)Mixed Inoculation with rhizobia helps gannong No.4alfalfa nodule nodulation rate, nodule n-umb er, nodule weight and nitrogenase activity increased.Rhizobium species of gannong No.4alfalfa Rhiz-obium nodulation rate, nodule number, nodule weight and nitrogenase activity affect was significantly (P<0.01),and DuoMeng rhizobium is better than NuoDeman Rhizobium. Mixture of three leguminous species of gannong No.4 alfalfa’s nodule nodulation rate, the number of nodules had no significant effect (P> 0.05),and the impact on the nodule weight and nitrogenase activity was significantly (P<0.01) Overall, mixed forage legumes Rhizobium inoculation treatment on the best treatment combinationnodule indicators is A2B2.(2)Inoculating different rhizobium strains of gannong No.4 alfalfa root length, root weight, plant height, the number of branch trunk, Stem weight/Leaf weight、Dry weight/Fresh weight is significant (P<0.05),mixed forage legumes Rhizobium inoculation treatment the effcct of Gannon No.4 fresh alfalfa yield significantly (P<0.01), the first crop of grass of different treatments for fresh yield Sort:A2B2 (1094kg/667m2)> A2B1 (941kg/667m2)> A2B3 (906kg/667m2)> A1B1 (893kg/667m2)> A,B2 (843kg/667m2)> CK(821kg/667m2)>A1B3(777kg/667m2). Using the membership function of the mixed forage legumes Rhizobium inoculation treatment Gannon on the 4th alfalfa root length, root weight, plant height, the number of branch trunk, Stem weight/Leaf weight、Dry weight/Fresh weight and fresh weight give a comprehensive evaluation, the results showed that:A2B1> A2B2> A1B1> A2B3> AiB3> A1B2> CK.(3)Using principal component analysis method, select the nodulation rate, nodule number,nodule weight, nitrogenase activity, root length, root weight, plant height, the number of branch trunk, over eight indicators,establishment of the alfalfa forage yield model, the results showed that the main factor affecting alfalfa forage yield is rhizobium factor, root and branch factor.(4)Select the nodulation rate, nodule number, nodule weight, nitrogenase activity, root length,root weight, plant height, the number of branch trunk, Stem weight/Leaf weight、Dry weight/Fresh weight and Fresh weight of 11 indicators, using the comprehensive evaluation method of gray correlation degree,for the different treatment of Rhizobium inoculation of alfalfa mixed effect analysis showed:A2B2 (1.2591)>A2B1(1.1092)>A2B3 (1.0636)> A1B1 (0.9454)> A1B3 (0.9336)>AiB2 (0.8581)> CK (0.8312). Results showed that A2B2 treatment is an ideal combination of mixed inoculation model, unicastgannong No.4 (CK) is the worst.(5)The Effects of Mixture and Inoculationon Alfalfa on Gongnong No.4, alfalfa nodule indicators, alfalfa basic growth indicators as well as comprehensive evaluation analysis, the results showed that the in the Shapotou District of Ningxia Zhongwei City in arid, semi-arid sandy area suitable for planting alfalfa inoculated rhizobia best combination of mixed forage legumes model:Gan Nong No.4 alfalfa+ DuoMeng rhizobium+scutellata Mill.
