In this paper, the physiological and ecological indexes of Rana spinosa tadpoles are studied to explore the feasibility of the annual culture mode. This paper investigates the effects of different water temperature and different frequencies of ultrasonic radiation on the growth of Rana spinosa tadpoles.Digestibility of five different test ingredients. The results are applied to the further development of the annual ecological culture techniques of Rana spinosa tadpoles. And this paper aims to supply a scientific theoretical basis for culture of Rana spinosa tadpoles. The results are as follows:1.Studying on the effects of different water temperature on the growth of Rana spinosa tadpoles and the effects of young frog. The results showed that, the body weight increased(15.59 ±0.04)x 100%and the body length increased(2.38±0.05)x100%were significantly greater at water temperature 26℃ than other groups(22℃、24℃ and 28℃)(P<0.05).And the weight of young frog was highest than other groups. There was no significant difference in body length the water temperature 24 ℃ and the water temperature 28 ℃(P>0.05),and both at the same time into the metamorphosis. But other growth indexes were lower than the water temperature 26 ℃.Although the water temperature28℃ first entered the metamorphosis, the survival rate 84.67±1.15%,the metamorphosis 77.13±5.14%,the body length increased(2.05±0.10)x 100%and the young frog average weight were the lowest. The water temperature 22℃ failed to begin the metamorphosis during the test time.2.Studying on the different frequencies of ultrasonic radiation on the growth of Rana spinosa tadpoles. The results showed that,in frequency 20kHz test group began the metamorphosis at day 53 and had the highest body weight growth rate 429.45±10.13%,the body length growth rate 128.39±4.87%,specific body weight growth rate 3.33±0.04%·d-1,specific body length growth rate 1.65±0.05%·d-1 and the metamorphosis 95.06±2.40%.The survival rate 16.00±4.00%of 40kHz test group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).In which had no significant difference among the groups of 20kHz and 28kHz and the control group(P>0.05).The test groups of 40kHz also failed to begin the metamorphosis during the test time.3.Comparing the apparent digestibility of dry matter, crude protein of five ingredients for Rana spinosa tadpoles. The results showed that, the apparent digestibility of dry matter 79.9312.81%and protein 82.97±2.04%in the flour was higher than in the other test ingredients, which was lowest in the corn starch(35.59±8.88%and 65.83±2.30%).The dry matter digestibility in the potato starch was significant higher than in the sweet potato(P<0.05).the crude protein digestibility in the wheat-middlings was significant higher than in the potato starch(P<0.05).4.The annual ecological culture techniques of Rana spinosa tadpoles. In the test, ultrasonic radiation frequency 20kHz,water temperature 26 ℃.The results showed that, the the trials achieved fairly good culture efficiency during the 60 days of testing process. The tadpoles begin the metamorphosis when the test was conducted until day 60.The body weight growth rate 868.52%,the survival rate 93%,the specific growth rate 3.78%·d-1,the water pH ranges from 7.10 to 7.62,the ammonia concentration ranges from 0.08 mg·L-1 to 2.25 mg·L-1 and the nitrite concentration ranges 0-0.22mg·L-1.
