Study on the tolerance and response characteristics of Paa spinosatadpoles to Water Temperature was analyzed from one-month-old Paa spinosatadpoles whose body length were 1.694±0.121 cm,and body weight were 0.548±0.062 g.The tadpolesgathered in the temperature range 18 to 26 ℃ in the experiments, and the activities increased as the temperature rised. The tadpoles only distributed in the water bottom and the gathering phenomena disappeared when the temperature was above 26 ℃, and the tadpoles only distributed in the water surface and the gathering phenomena disappeared when the temperature was below 18℃.The temperature 24.5℃ was regarded as the turning point of the change of ammonia excretion rate and oxygen consumption rate of Paa spinosatadpoles. The ammonia excretion rate and oxygen consumption rate exhibited a tendency of monotonically increasing when the temperature was below 24.5 ℃,and the ammonia excretion rate and oxygen consumption rate decreased monotonically when the temperature was above 24.5 ℃.The ATP enzyme activity in tail increased first and decreased afterwards in different time segments as the temperature rised when the temperature was below 24.5℃, and the activity decreased when the temperature was above24.5℃. And the SOD enzyme activity in tail increased first and decreased afterwards in different time segments as the temperature rised except 24 h group. When the enzyme activity reached maximum in 24 h, 48 h, 72 h, and 96 h,the water temperature was23℃,24.5℃,23℃,and 23℃,respectively. When the CAT activity in tail reached maximum in 24 h, 48 h, 72 h, and 96 h,the water temperature was 26 ℃, 24.5 ℃, 24.5 ℃, and23 ℃,respectively. The GSH enzyme activity in liver increased first and decreased afterwards in different time segments as the temperature rised except 24 h group, and all the water temperature were 24.5 ℃ when the enzyme activity reached the maximum in each stage. The SOD enzyme activity in liver showed the decreased tendency in different time segmentssas the temperature rised, however the fluctuation range between each horizontal temperature in different time segments was extremely small. The CAT enzyme activity in liver increased as the temperature rised in 24 h and 48 h groups, and the enzyme activityreached maximum in 26 ℃, however the enzyme activity decreased first and increase afterwards as the temperature rised in 72 h and 96 h groups, and the enzyme activity reached maximum in 24.5 ℃.
