The ELISA Antibody Level Changes Of Duck After Inoculated The Duck Viral Hepatitis Bivalent (1 And 3 Type) Attenuated Vaccine

This study determined the rule of the ELISA antibody after Inoculating the duck with duck viral hepatitis bivalent(1 and 3 type)attenuated vaccine,We use 105 one-day-old ducks,randomly divided into 7 groups,15/group,Inoculated with duck viral hepatitis bivalent(1 and 3 type)attenuated vaccine,Each vaccine was divided into subcutaneous injection and oral route of immunization,each group of duck viral hepatitis bivalent(1 and 3 type)attenuated vaccine,each type of duck virus,Blood was collected on days 1,3,5,7,14,21,28,35,42 and 49 days of immunization the main results are as follows.:1.1day ducklings were immune with type 1 duck virus hepatitis attenuated vaccine Subcutaneous inoculation group:the serum antibody level of 3days ducklings was 1:1166.344,5 days at 1:1698.139,and 7 days was the peak at 1:2584.481.The level declined after 7 days,and the level was 1:1678.443 at 49 days.Oral inoculation group:the serum antibody level of 3days ducklings was 1:945.424,5 days at 1:1370.082,and 7 days was the peak at 1:2215.61.The level declined after 7 days,and the level was 1:1572.292 at 49 days.2.1day ducklings were immune by type 3 duck virus hepatitis attenuated vaccine Subcutaneous inoculation group:the serum antibody level of 3days ducklings was 1:1005.838,5 days at 1:1393.234,and 7 days was the peak at 1:2215.654.The level declined after 7 days,and the level was 1:1698.838 at 49 days.Oral inoculation group:the serum antibody level of 3days ducklings was 1:804.7,5 days at 1:1284.251,and 7 days was the peak at 1:2127.233.The level declined after 7 days,and the level was1:1308.142 at 49 days.3.1day ducklings were immune by type 1 and 3 duck virus hepatitis attenuated bivalent vaccine Subcutaneous inoculation group:the serum antibody level of 3days ducklings for DHAV-1 and DHAV-3 were 1:983.679 and 1:914.117,5 days were at 1:1539.619 and 1:1316.485,and 7 days were at 1:2252.095 and 1:2086.2.The level declined after 7 days,and the level were 1:1616.938 and 1:1508.791 at 49 days.Oral inoculation group:the serum antibody level of 3days ducklings for DHAV-1 and DHAV-3 were 1:606.867 and 1:736.519,5 days were at 1:1289.437 and 1:1120.565,and 7 days were at 1:1985.485 and 1:1859.392.The level declined after 7 days,and the level were 1:1465.998 and 1:1498.142 at 49 days.In conclusion:(1)After the one-day-old ducks incubated duck virus hepatitis vaccine,we can detect the antibody at day 3 and the level reached the peak at day7,declining after that,but it kept at a high level that above day 5 until at day 49,which was the time that ducklings were suspicious for duck hepatitis virus.(2)Subcutaneous inoculation was better than oral inoculation,which can more quickly induce antibody and induce more antibody.(3)When using the same method to incubate duckling.we found that univalent vaccine was equal to the combined vaccine.
