Rice pot seedling transplanting on film is the agronomic combination of planting on film and rice pot seedling transplanting,two kinds of agronomic advantages can be superimposed,realizing the real sense of high quality and high yield of organic rice,greatly improving the economic and ecological benefits of organic rice cultivation.The technology of rice mulching cultivation is a new high efficient and water-saving cultivation technique,which spreads film on the surface of rice field.The technology has the advantages of increasing the surface temperature,increasing the effective accumulated temperature,advancing the growth period,increasing the number of effective panicles and preventing soil and water loss,and it can solve the problem of weeding organic rice without using chemical herbicides.The pot seedling transplanting has the advantages of non-hurting root and no need of recovering period,so it can extend the crop growing period,increase and bring forward the effective tillering and increase production by 10% to 20%.(1)At present,there is less research on fully automatic rice transplanting equipment on film in China,most of the reports are single function film mulching,perforating,transplanting equipment or rice transplanting machine with film mulching.Rice transplanting equipment on film has almost no transplanting method by pot seedling transplanting.This type of machine is not batch processed and has not yet entered the market.In order to realize the combination of two kinds of agronomy,a new type of transplanting mechanism was designed,in which the hole was perforated on film and the rice pot seedling was planted,it was effective to avoid the damage of seedling caused by the unsynchronization of film breaking and rice planting.The study provides useful reference for the related design and has an important significance.The main research contents are as follows:(2)Through the innovative design of the mechanism,the non-circular gear transmission planetary gear train was combined with the cylindrical gear planetary gear train,which was used in the design of transplanting mechanism of rice pot seedling on film.A new type of transplanting mechanism was designed,in which the hole was perforated on film and the rice pot seedling was planted,a series of actions were completed by a transplanting mechanism to take seedlings,transport,perforate and plant.The transplanting mechanism is simple in structure,high in reliability and low in cost.(3)The composition and working principle of transplanting mechanism were introduced,kinematic analysis model of mechanism was established,the film breaking and transplanting trajectory of transplanting mechanism were analyzed.The formulaes of the rotation angle and displacement of each gear were obtained,the analytical formulas for the trajectory of transplanting arm and knife were obtained.(4)With the help of Visual Basic6.0 visual programming language,a computer aided analysis and optimization software of the transplanting mechanism was developed,a set of structural parameters were obtained to meet the requirement of transplanting on film,providing theoretical basis for the structural design of transplanting mechanism.(5)Based on the optimized structural parameters of the organization,the design of two-dimensional drawing for the parts of transplanting mechanism was completed by using CAXA2015 software.The three-dimensional model of transplanting mechanism was established and the whole assembly of the mechanism was completed in CATIA software.The kinematics simulation of transplanting mechanism was carried out by ADAMS software,and the simulation experiment of virtual prototyping was completed.(6)The trajectory and gesture verification experiment of the transplanting mechanism was completed with the high speed photography technique.And the results were compared with the results of theoretical analysis to verify the rationality and correctness of the design of transplanting mechanism.The seedling picking and the planting on film were completed on the test bench,which meet the operation requirement of transplanting on film and showed the feasibility of the performance of transplanting mechanism of rice pot seedling on film.
