based on the industrial ecology theory,ecological economics,circular economy and sustainable development theory domestic and foreign related research to sort out and summarize,analysis of the concept and connotation of industrial ecology,and the evaluation of the level of industrial ecology related methods Inquiries and combing.By analyzing the factors influencing the development of the bamboo industry in Hunan,the necessity,principles,and ideas of the bamboo industry evaluation index system were elaborated,and a scientific and reasonable index system suitable for the current evaluation of the bamboo industry's ecological level in Hunan Province was proposed.In order to reflect the current level of bamboo industry ecology in Hunan Province,and taking into account data indicators and industry characteristics,the data of the bamboo industry from 2013 to 2016 in Hunan Province was selected to use the entropy method and TOPSIS method to combine the level of industrial development.Comprehensive analysis of the four aspects of the level of resource utilization,social development,and environmental protection level conducted an empirical analysis of the level of bamboo industry ecology in Hunan Province.During the construction of the index system,through the experts in the bamboo industry,government departments,bamboo entrepreneurs to discuss and opinions and relevant literature review,the existing statistical data for research and evidence collection,evaluation of the bamboo industry in Hunan ecological The indicator system is divided into four levels,which are the target level,criterion level,indicator level,and sub-indicator level.After repeated evaluations and expert opinions,the final sub-indicators analyzed the feasibility of the data.After three rounds of screening,22 representative sub-indicators were obtained,and the indicator system was finally completed.In order to obtain a more objective and accurate evaluation result,after processing all the original data in a standardized way,the entropy method and TOPSIS method were combined to obtain the comprehensive weight of each sub-indicator,which was added to the development of the bamboo industry through weights.The most influential factors are the level of bamboo resource utilization,followed by the level of environmental protection,economic development,and social development.Finally,through a large number of repeated complex calculations,in order to record each data result,a table is used to record the results of each operation for verification.Finally,the positive and negative ideal solutions and the Euclidean distance are used to obtain the final result.By analyzing the results,the following conclusions can be drawn.The ecological value of bamboo industry in Hunan is basically increasing year by year,and the overall trend is increasing.Looking at the bamboo industry's ecological values in four years,2016>2014>2013>2015,the survey of specific years can be known 2015 The increase in labor costs and raw material costs during the year was the main reason for the decline in the level of its ecology;the level of bamboo industry in Hunan was still at a middle-to-high level,and there was still a certain gap compared with the province of first-line bamboo industry;the impact of the bamboo industry in Hunan Province was determined.The main factors for ecological development are the new bamboo forest area,bamboo industry growth factor,bamboo utilization rate,bamboo material consumption,sewage reuse rate,and bamboo enterprise's average wastewater discharge volume.These provide a basis for improving the ecological level of the bamboo industry.Some improvement ideas and
