Study On The Integrated Development Of Bamboo Industry In Hunan Province From The Perspective Of Symbiosis Theory

Bamboo industry has both economic,ecological and social benefits,and has a very broad market prospect.Hunan Province is rich in bamboo forest resources.It is one of the main production areas of moso bamboo in China.Bamboo varieties account for about one third of the country.Bamboo industry has become one of the important forestry industries in Hunan.In recent years,Party committees and governments at all levels have attached great importance to the development of bamboo industry.Hunan Province has issued the development plan of Hunan bamboo and wood industry(2018-2021),which aims to optimize the allocation of bamboo forest resources,vigorously develop bamboo industry,tap the development potential of bamboo industry,promote the integration of bamboo industry,accelerate the transformation and upgrading of bamboo industry,improve quality and efficiency,and promote the transformation of Hunan Province from a province with large bamboo forest resources to a province with strong bamboo industry.In order to promote the integrated development of bamboo industry in Hunan Province,this paper first combs the relevant research on the development of bamboo industry,and introduces the relevant theories of industrial correlation,industrial integration and industrial symbiosis;On this basis,by means of online collection and field research,starting with the situation of bamboo forest resources and the development level of bamboo industry in Hunan Province,this paper collects the relevant data of bamboo forest resources,bamboo shoot collection value and the current situation of primary,secondary and tertiary industries in Hunan Province as a whole and 14 states and cities,makes a systematic analysis,summarizes the problems of the integrated development of bamboo industry in Hunan Province,and finds the opportunities for the integrated development of bamboo industry in Hunan Province;Thirdly,according to the distribution of bamboo forest resources and the development level of bamboo industry,the data of Hunan Province and 8 states and cities such as Shaoyang,Yiyang and Changde are selected as samples to empirically analyze the integration symbiosis relationship and symbiosis level of bamboo industry in Hunan Province.It is found that the integration symbiosis of bamboo industry in Hunan Province is a medium-level reciprocal symbiosis relationship,and the degree of industrial integration is general.Among the 8 states and cities,only Shaoyang and Yiyang are at the level of reciprocal symbiosis,Loudi,Chenzhou Yongzhou and other six states and cities are parasitic,and the integration degree of bamboo industry in each state and city is inconsistent.In view of the current situation of integrated and symbiotic development of bamboo industry in Hunan Province,follow the construction idea of "consolidating the primary industry,improving the secondary industry and expanding the tertiary industry",clarify the promotion principle of bamboo industry chain of "adhering to both benefits and green development","adhering to innovation driven and science and technology guidance","adhering to overall improvement and key breakthrough" and"adhering to.market subject and market guidance",and focus on the primary,secondary and tertiary industries of bamboo forest cultivation,bamboo production and processing and sales and circulation of bamboo products,This paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the development of bamboo industry in Hunan Province from four aspects:the implementation of the promotion of bamboo forest base,the improvement of bamboo product processing,the improvement of circulation service system,and increasing the policy support of bamboo industry,so as to promote the virtuous cycle of primary,secondary and tertiary production of bamboo industry in Hunan Province,optimize the bamboo industry chain in Hunan Province,and achieve the goal of "100 billion industry" of bamboo industry.
