At present,the forest recreation industry is booming,the development of forest recreation area,the transfer of management rights and other aspects of the assessment of the value of forest recreation has been common,so the current assessment of the value of forest recreational value of the study has its significance.In this study,the Bipenggou Scenic Area was selected as the object of study,and the recreational value of Bipenggou Scenic Area was evaluated by the most commonly used conditional value method and tourism cost method.Bipenggou Scenic Area is the core area of the Miyaluo national and biological conservation circle.The unique red leaf color forest resources in the scenic area have become an important resource for attracting tourists to the northwest of Sichuan for recreation.At present,there is no scenery The value of forest recreational resources has been studied and evaluated,which is very representative and very positive for the evaluation of the recreational value of recreational resources in Bipenggou Scenic Area.Through this investigation,we can provide real and credible data for the value of recreational resources in Bipenggou Scenic Area,and provide the basis for the development and utilization of recreational value.It will help to better develop and utilize the resources The The main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)In this paper,the tourism cost method(TCM)and the conditional value method(CVM)are used to evaluate the recreation value of the Bipenggou Scenic Area.The results show that the tourism cost method is used to calculate the recreational value of forest resources in Bipenggou Scenic Area 117.33675 million yuan,the use of conditional value method to calculate the Benggou ditch scenic forest forest recreation value of 119.72275 million yuan.According to the information provided by the County Tourism Bureau,the total tourism income of the Bipenggou Scenic Area in 2016 was 92.48 million yuan,which was larger than that of the total value of the recreational pool in the Bipenggou Scenic Area calculated by the travel cost method and the conditional value method,It can be seen,the Bipenggou Scenic Area is still a huge potential for recreational development.(2)Based on the analysis of the basic information of the tourists surveyed in the Bipenggou Scenic Area,it was found that the overall satisfaction of the tourists surveyed was positively related to the positive impact of the tourists and the impact was more significant;the education of the investigated tourists Level and economic income level will have an impact on the willingness of the tourists to pay,through the analysis can be seen that the relationship between the willingness of tourists to pay and the impact of factors is consistent with basic common sense and daily experience,the results are reliable.(3)Analyze the existing problems in the development and utilization of the recreational value of Bipenggou Scenic Area,and put forward the corresponding improvement measures.
