Tomato,which owns rich nutrition and tastes delicious,is one of the vegetables that have the largest cultivation area in the world.In gradually attaches great importance to the quality and nutrition of today's society,the research on the rules of tomato growth and the interaction with the environment plays an important role in theory and practice.Based on the structure of the organ function in crop growth-mutual feedback mechanism,the simulation function of topology-structure model for the growth of tomato was built and the internal mechanism of tomato growth was explored.The contents and results of the specific research are as follows:1.A unified mode of the function of the tomato crop growth-structure model has been structured:the topology model of tomato was built according to the organ phenotypic external performance characteristics(organs)to differentiate the basic growth unit;the photosynthetic production model was constructed through the green plants which response to the photosynthetic active radiation,in utilization of the quantum of light to calculate the photosynthetic rate of tomato growth,even on the basis of the geometry characteristics of the tomato growth of basic unit;The built of photosynthesis product distribution model was Based on the theory of library source,while the library and the product of the expansion rate of growth units;the construction of the space geometric structure was in accordance with the characters of the basic geometry of cell growth,and combined with the crop growth of grain crop growth rule.2.The parameters and adjustment of the model:the parameterized of topological structure was implemented By observing the ground organs and accumulated temperature of corresponding relation;The author realize the parameterized of photosynthetic product model through the field experiment and computer reverse;The realization of the distribution of photosynthetic product parameterization model Through sampling observation to obtain the basic unit of biomass,photosynthesis product distribution model parameters are combined with the observation data;According to the basic information of the basic unit(leaf length,leaf width,leaf area,etc.)and the intrinsic relationships between dry matter weight and space geometric structure parameters of basic unit.Finally,by VBA and VC + + programming,the simulation of tomato ground organs and the growth of root system integration process come to the realization.3.Using hydroponic experiment can grow very good observation of the phenotype of tomato basic cell,which also help sampling crops for completeness and accuracy,even good for the construction of the tomato growth model for validation.The results indicate that the simulation parameters and the measured values have good consistency,and the model can well simulate the tomato basic cell phenotype.
