Pistacia weinmannifolia evergreen tree Pistacia Anacardiaceae,is a species endemic to China,distributed in Yunnan,Yunnan north.Pistacia weinmannifolia named because the blades have a fragrance;Pistacia weinmannifolia widely used.Leaves can be used as medicine,bark extract tannin,fruit containing oil can be used as fodder,wood furniture can be made.Pistacia weinmannifolia growth habit and cultivation characteristics and pistache very similar,but with a strong drought,cold and barren resistance capability.Verdant foliage fragrance suitable for shaping wood,planting landscaping court,hedges or potted.For a long time,attention to color leaf garden plants continue to strengthen.Over the years,the use of mutant of foreign,mutagenesis and hybridization methods,breeding a lot of Coleus varieties.Compared with color,basic research has lagged leaf.In this paper,the seed of Pistacia weinmannifolia is experimental material,60 Co? radiation,EMS soak,soak amine oryzalin,ultravio let radiation is the technical means,fo ur experiments were carried out.60.Co? seed of Pistaia weinmannifolia radiation experiments were dose of 25Gy,50Gy,75Gy,100Gy,200Gy,300Gy strength to irradiate seeds,seed and observed 100Gy above irradiation dose did not germinate,the dose of irradiation 25-75Gy Each seed germination,seedling relatively small,some seedlings occurred distortion;EMS mutagenesis experiments seeds were used at a concentration of 0.3%,0.6%,0.9%EMS solution soak the seeds,soak time of each concentration 2h,4h,6h three groups observed in each group were seed germination,seedling short;amine oryzalin seed mutagenesis experiments were used at a concentration of 25mg/L,50mg/L,75mg/L solution soak seeds oryzalin concentrations soaking for 24h,48h,72h three groups observed in each group were seed germination,seedling growth lush,few leaves larger;UV irradiation experiment first with the seed UVC irradiation,then dark culture,followed by UVB radiation,according to UVC irradiation and culture at different times,a total of 12 experiments,observed in each group were seed germination,seedling growth is weak,no significant variation.EMS mutagenesis experiments,Oryzalin mutagenesis experiments,the seeds of Pistacia weinmannifolia ultraviolet radiation mutagenesis experiments treatment are a lot of germination,seedling and a high rate,the results of the mutation rate is very low,indicating that a mutagen concentration is too low or too short duration of action.In order to obtain a higher mutation rate,it can be an appropriate increase in concentration or action time mutagen.
