| Cryptomeria D.Don grows rapidly,distributes widely and has strong adaptability in China and strong prospect in the market.At present,the production always use the seedling,but the production of good seed is small and unstable,the advantages are not fully played,and because its asexual reproduction technology is not yet mature,the need of large-scale afforestation cannot be meet.Therefore,the contents of this study are:?Study on four seasons cutting method of Cryptomeria japonica(L.f.)D.Don ?Study on the differences of cutting method between different clones of Cryptomeria D.Don ?Study on the best mining location of different tree-ages to cut ?Study on the pruning technique of Cryptomeria D.Don ?Study on the morphological changes of rooted cuttings of Cryptomeria japonica(L.f.)D.Don.The results are as follows:1 The result of studying on four seasons cutting method of Cryptomeria japonica(L.f.)D.Don:The best recipe for spring cuttings is number 7(NAA:50:150mg/L),and the rooting rate was 0.897 at 120 days,the rooting rate was0.92 at 180 d,the longest root length of adventitious root was 8.4 cm and the number of adventitious roots was 3.67.The best recipe for summer cuttings is number 10(NAA:150:50mg/L),and the rooting rate was 0.667 at 120 days,the rooting rate was 0.711 at 180 days,the longest root length was 4.033 cm,the number of adventitious roots was 4.333.The best recipe for autumn cuttings is 7,and the rooting rates were 0.91 and 0.945 respectively at 120 and 180 days,the longest root length was 10.1 cm and the number of adventitious roots was 4.667.The best recipe for winter cuttings are 8 and 12(NAA:IBA = 50:250mg/L)(NAA:IBA = 150:250mg/L),and their rooting rate were 0.6 at 180 days,0.737 at 240 days,the longest root length of adventitious roots was 3.933 cm,and the number of adventitious roots was 3.667.2 The result of studying on the differences of cutting method between different clones of Cryptomeria D.Don:The rooting rate,adventitious root length and adventitious root number of Cryptomeri a fortunei Hooibrenk ex Otto et Dietr 49#were similar than Cryptomeria japonica(L.f.)D.Don,which indicated that the cuttings of Cryptomeri a fortunei Hooibrenk ex Otto et Dietr and Cryptomeria japonica(L.f.)D.Don were very different.5-year-old seedlings of Cryptomeria japonica(L.f.)D.Don compared with 35-year-old clones,and the rooting showed that the age had no significant effect on the rooting of Cryptomeria japonica(L.f.)D.Cryptomeria japonica(L.f.)D.Don 38#in this cutting test has the best performance,and its growth is good fast-growing,so it can be used as cuttings.3 The result of studying on the best mining location of different tree-ages to cut:The part of the top and the lower at 5-year-old seedling's crown were all available,and the rooting rate was 0.887 and 0.733 at120 days,0.92 and 0.911 at180 days,the root length of adventitious root was 7.7cm and 5.9cm,the number of adventitious roots was 3.667 and 4.333.The top part of crown of 5-year-old seedling was the best,and the highest rooting rate was 0.700 at120 days,the rooting rate was 0.711 at180 days,the root length was 31.673,and the number of adventitious roots was 3.333.4 The result of studying on the pruning technique of Cryptomeria D.Don:The method of removing terminal bud and keep 1-2 lateral branches and keeping terminal bud but removing lateral branches were all available,and the rooting rate was 0.832 and 0.867 at120 days,0.932 and 0.934 at180 days,the longest root length were 7.733cm and 9.233cm,and the number of adventitious roots were 4.667 and 2.667.The three cutting ways of scion base were all available,and there were no significant differences in rooting rate,rooting length and rooting number at 180 days.The best root length of spike was 15cm,the rooting rate was 0.833 at 120 days,0.932 at 180 days,and the longest root length was 4.633cm,the number of adventitious roots was 3.780.5 The result of studying on the morphological changes of rooted cuttings of Cryptomeria japonica(L.f.)D.Don:In the case of single NAA recipe,the spikes were prone to large callus,rooted slowly,and the number of roots was moderate and short.In the treatment of single IBA recipe,the callus size was medium,the rooting was faster,the number of root system was small.After treated with NAA*IBA,the spikes were small,rooted fast,and the number of roots was large?... |
