The experiment made a concrete research on the North five Maple cutting technology,expounds the production process of five North Jiaofeng adventitious roots,to explore a set of improved five Maple cuttage effect technology,analyzed some inserted in the rooting process column physiological change process of ear,experiment:Five North Maple cuttings rooting of natural birth rate is very low,different growth regulators of stimulus rate have great influence on the rooting of cuttings,which after NAA treated cuttings the highest rooting rate of 92.1%followed by IB A live cuttings,the rooting rate reached 81.5%;the cutting process,different substrates on the whole the process of the role is not the same,the river gravel has good air permeability,the most suitable for North China five Maple growth,ordinary soil and peat soil than river sand is relatively poor;the cuttings base NAA treated not only improves the soluble sugar and protein content,but also improve the indefinite the moisture content in the roots,provides material guarantee for the adventitious root growth and development process,and the rooting rate is also guaranteed;NAA has a great impact on Physiological Indexes of adventitious root growth,growth regulator can improve the whole The activity of SOD increased the defense ability of adventitious roots,but the activity of PPO was significantly lower than that of SOD activity,and the activity of PPO was directly proportional to the rooting rate of five.In the process of rooting of cuttings and rooting is closely related to the content of endogenous hormones,cuttings root primordia formation and growth was promoted in the role of endogenous ABA in the high concentration of endogenous IAA and low concentration,the formation will be inhibited in the high concentration of endogenous GA of adventitious root;Cutting Rooting in different periods ZR,the role of endogenous,endogenous ZR of low concentration to promote root primordium differentiation,while high concentration of endogenous ZR is conducive to the growth and development of root primordia;correlation between the initial content of 4 kinds of endogenous hormones and rooting rate showed different initial concentration of ABA and GA were negatively correlated with rooting rate,IAA,and ZR was positively related to the IAA and the rooting rate of most closely.
