In response to the problems of excessive labor and production costsdue to heavy pruning in tomato production, and the problem of unsatisfactory yields of tomato production under the current cultivation methods, the unlimited growth tomato"Chunpeng 1","Kana"and the limited growth tomato"Lux"were used as experimental materials to study the effects of cultivation methods and plant growth regulators on the growth anddevelopment of tomato,in order to provide reference for the light simplify cultivation of tomato.Through the experiment, the following results are obtained:Increasing the plantingdensity and reducing the number of spikes is conducive to the early growth of tomatoes in greenhouses in the early spring. When the plantingdensity is 6000 strains/667m~2 and 2 number of spikes, the effects is better.Under the same number of spikes,high-density planting is conducive to the early production of the plant and is not conducive to the late growth of the plant.Reducing the number of spikes promotes fruit enlargement and promotes early maturing and early yield. At the same time, increasing plantingdensity and reducing the number of spikes can reduce production costs and improve economic efficiency.Appropriately reducing thedensity is conducive to the long-season growth of tomatoes, when thedensity is 2400 strains/667 m~2,the effects is better. When greenhouse tomato was cultivated for a long season, appropriatedensity reduction had no significant Effects on the tomato plant traits, fruit quality, and yield per plant, but significantly reduced the total yield in spring;for autumn tomato, the plant height growth rate, stemdiameter growth rate and average leaf length were increased, the premature senescence wasdelayed, the incidence anddisease index of leaf mold were reduced, the resistance was improved, the fruitdrop was reduced, and the fruit quality, weight and yield was improved, production costs was reduced. After three spikes, the maleic hydrazide concentration of 3000 mg/L inhibits the growth of terminal buds and lateral buds of tomato. With the increase of maleic hydrazide concentration, the activity of tomato antioxidant enzymes was inhibited, and the growth rates of terminal bud and lateral buds of tomato were indirectly reduced. In addition, maleic hydrazide has no Effects on the yield of tomato, and the appropriate concentration of maleic hydrazide can reduce the production cost, thereby improving the economic benefits. In the whole process of tomato growth, the NAA concentration of 8 mg/L promoted the growth of terminal buds and inhibited the growth of lateral buds.Appropriate concentration of NAA could promote the apicaldominance of tomato, and the spraying interval had no significant effects on the growth of buds.Within a certain range,in spring with the increase of NAA concentration the growth rate of the terminal bud of the tomato was increased first and thendecreased, the growth rate of lateral bud wasdecreased first and then increased. In autumn, with the increase of NAA concentration the growth rate of the terminal bud of the tomato was increased, the growth rate of lateral bud wasdecreased. Moreover,NAA treatment can significantly improve the fruit quality and yield of tomato in spring.
