Soybean is an important food crop with high nutritional value.Phosphorus plays an important role in the growth and metabolism of soybean,and the application of phosphorus fertilizer is an important source of phosphorus absorption in soybean plants.The difference in the location and mode of fertilization has a great influence on the growth and development of soybeans.and the rational use of phosphate fertilizers is crucial for the absorption of soybeans and improving the utilization of phosphate fertilizers,increasing soil fertility,promoting high and stable yields,and improving economic efficiency.This experiment uses a box plant method to set up mixed facilities.?H:mixed in 15cm soil layer?,strip application?T:6cm under seed?,Stratified application?F:6cm below seed and seed layer?,and no fertilization.?P0?,medium phosphorus?P1?and high phosphorus?P2?levels of three phosphorus applications,The weight of superphosphate was P0 without P fertilizer,P1 with1.06g/pot?P2O5:44%,150kg/km2?,and P2 with 2.20g/pot?P2O5:44%,300kg/km2?.Each treatment applied urea:1.20/pot?175 kg/hm2?,potassium sulfate?K2O:30%?1.06/pot?150kg/hm2?.In this study,a total of 7 treatments have systematically studied the effect of phosphorus application amount and fertilizer application position on phosphorus absorption and yield of soybean.The results showed that:Phosphorus application amount and fertilization position had a certain degree of influence on the phosphorus content of the plant during soybean growth.Phosphorus content increased significantly in all organs under the three fertilization methods,especially in the initiation period?R5?and mature period?R8?sampling periods.In the three leaf stage?V3?phase of soybean,the P content in the aboveground part did not show an increasing trend with the increase of P application amount.The phosphorus content in organs of flowering period?R1?phase did not show a consistent pattern with the increase of P application amount;the phosphorus content of each organ before R5 was affected by fertilization.The effect of the change in position was less;in the R5 and R8 stages,the phosphorus content in the mixed?H?treatment was higher than that in the treatment?T?and the layered application?F?.Phosphorus application rate and fertilization location had a certain degree of influence on the dry matter accumulation during soybean growth.The dry matter accumulation of soybean organs under the three modes of fertilizer application increased with the increase of phosphorus in each growth stage of soybean.High phosphorus had a significant effect on the dry matter accumulationPhosphorus application amount and fertilizer application position have a certain degree of influence on phosphorus accumulation during soybean growth.Phosphorus accumulation in various organs increased significantly with the increase of phosphorus in the three fertilization modes tested.There were no significant differences in phosphorus accumulation among soybean organs in the three fertilization modes of application?T?,layered application?F?and mixed-mix?H?.Phosphorus accumulation under mixed application?H?treatment was higher in the R8 phase than in the application?T?and stratified application?F?,and there was no significant difference between the application?T?and stratification?F?.The influence of phosphorus application amount and different fertilizer application positions on the yield of soybean during its growth period.With the increase of phosphorus application rate,the yield of soybean under different fertilization methods also gradually increased.There was no significant difference between high-phosphorus treatment?P2?treatment and medium-phosphorus treatment?P1?,and there was no significant difference between medium phosphorus?P1?treatment and no-phosphorus?P0?treatment.Under each level of phosphorus application,soybean yield was the highest under mixed conditions?H?and lowest under layered?F?conditions,with no significant differences between treatments.Soybean plant height,effective pod number,and grain number are not significantly affected by high phosphorus.The characteristics of the traits under mixed?H?treatment are good for the layer?F?and the strip?T?,however,there was no significant difference between the treatments.
