1.1 The Effects of Different Light on the Growth,Non-specific Immune Enzymes and Body Composition of Procambarus clarkii1.1.1 The Effects of Different Light on the Growth of Procambarus clarkiiThe effects of all-black,natural-light and all-light on the weight gain,growth rate,specific growth rate and survival rate of Procambarus clarkii were studied under laboratory conditions.The results showed that: 1.The growth rate and growth rate of crayfish were significantly higher than those of the other treatment groups(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in the weight gain rate and growth rate of Procambarus clarkii under totally black light and all-light(P > 0.05).2.The specific growth rate of Procambarus clarkii under natural light was significantly higher than that of black and all-light(P < 0.05).3.The survival rate of Procambarus clarkii in the black group was significantly higher than that of the natural-light group and the all-light group,and the all-black group had the lowest survival rate(P < 0.05).4.The results showed that the growth indicators of the natural group were superior to other treatment groups,and the growth index of the all-black group was lower than other treatment groups under three different light conditions.1.1.2 The Effects of Different Light on the Liver Coefficient,Abdominal Muscle Weight and Gonad Coefficient of Procambarus clarkiiThe effects of all-black,natural-light and all-light on the liver coefficient,abdominal muscle weight and gonad coefficient of Procambarus clarkii were studied under laboratory conditions.The results showed that: 1.The liver coefficient andabdominal muscle weight were not significant in the whole black group,the natural group and the light group(P >0.05),but the liver coefficient of the natural group was slightly higher than that of the other two groups,and the abdominal muscle weight was lower than the other two groups.2.The gonad coefficient of Procambarus clarkii in the total black group was the highest,and was significantly higher than that of the natural and care groups(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in the gonad coefficient between the light group and the natural group(P >0.05),but the gonad coefficient was higher in the natural group than in the light group.The gonad coefficient was lowest in the light group.The results showed that light had no significant effect on liver coefficient and abdominal muscle weight of Procambarus clarkii,but it had a significant effect on gonad development in Procambarus clarkii.The stronger the light,the slower the development of gonadal.1.1.3The Effects of Different Light on the Specific Activity of MDA,SOD,AKP,LSZ and CAT of Procambarus clarkiaTheeffects of all-black,natural-light and all-light on the specific activity of MDA,SOD,AKP,LSZ and CAT of Procambarus clarkii were studied under laboratory conditions.The results showed that: 1.The specific activity of MDA in Procambarus clarkii in the natural and light groups was significantly different from that in the whole black group(P < 0.05).The MDA enzyme activity of the light group in the three treatment groups was the highest,and the natural group was in the middle and the lowest was the black group,but the light group.There was no significant difference in MDA enzyme activity between the natural group and the control group(P >0.05).2.The specific activity of SOD enzyme in natural group was significantly different from that of SOD enzyme in whole black group(P < 0.05),and it was not significantly different from that in light group(P >0.05).The SOD activity of natural group was the highest in the three treatment groups,followed by the light group,and the lowest was all black group.3.There was a significant difference in LSZ specific activity among the whole black group,natural group and light group(P < 0.05),with the lowest in the whole black group,and the middle in the light group and the highest in the natural group.Different light had no significant difference in AKP and CAT activities of crayfish(P >0.05).From the results,it is known that light has no significant effect on the AKP and CAT enzyme activities of Procambarus clarkii,but it significantly affects the activities of MDA,SOD and LSZ enzymes in crayfish.With the increase of light intensity,the activity of MDA in Procambarus clarkii is increased.However,the activity of SOD and LSZ enzymes will decrease when they are too weak and strong.1.1.4 The Effects of Different Light on the Body Nutrients of Procambarus clarkiiIn this paper,the effects of three kinds of light on the body nutrients(moisture,crude protein,crude fat,and crude ash)of Procambarus clarkii were studied.The results showed that the effects of different light on water,crude protein,crude fat and crude ash of crayfish were not significant(P > 0.05).2.1 The Effects of Different Feedstuff on the Growth,Digestive Enzyme Activity,Nonspecific Immune Enzymes and Body Composition of Procambarus clarkii 2.1.1The Effects of Different Feedstuff on the Growth of Procambarus clarkiiUnder laboratory conditions,the effects of three different feeds,A,B,and biofermented feed,on the growth of Procambarus clarkii were studied.The experimental results showed that: 1.Feeding these three feedstuffs to Procambarus clarkii.There was no significant difference in crayfish body weight,terminal body length,weight gain rate,specific growth rate and growth rate(P > 0.05).2.The bait coefficient of the A brand shrimp feed group differed significantly from the B brand and the biofermented feed(P < 0.05).The lowest was the B feed group,followed by the biofermented feed group,and the A feed group was the highest.3.The survival rates of Procambarus clarkii in biofermented feeds and B feeds were similar,and all had significant differences with the survival rate in group A among them(P <0.05),the survival rate in the biofermented diet group was the highest,which was 9.67% higher than that in the A feed group.4.The final body weight,the final body length,the specific growth rate,the weight gain rate,the bait factor and the survival rate of Procambarus clarkii in the B feed group and the biofermented feed group are higher than those in the A feed group,indicating that the B feed and biofermentation feed was superior to A feed for the growth of Procambarus clarkii.2.1.2The Effects of Different Feedstuff on the Amylase,Lipase and Trypsin Specific Activity of Procambarus clarkiiUnder laboratory conditions,the effects of three different feeds,A,B,and biofermented feed,on the amylase,lipase and trypsin specific activity of Procambarus clarkii were studied.The experimental results showed that: 1.The effects of feeding different feedstuffs on the amylase and trypsin specific activity of Procambarus clarkii were not significant(P > 0.05).Among them,the specific activities of lipase and trypsin in A feed group were the lowest,which were 0.71?/mgprot and 290.90U/mgprot;the highest specific activity of amylase was B feed group,which reached 0.82?/mgprot,and the highest specific activity of trypsin was biofermented feed group,which reached 311.90 U/mgprot.2.The specific activity of lipase in the biological fermentation feed group was significantly different from that of the A feed group(P < 0.05).The specific activity of the lipase in the biofermented feed group was the highest,reaching 26.87U/mgprot,and the center of the B feed group was 21.22U/mgprot.The lowest,A feed group,was 17.45 U/mgprot.2.1.3 The Effects of Different Feedstuff on theSpecific Activity Procambarus clarkiiUnder laboratory conditions,the effects of three different feeds,A,B,and biofermented feed,on the specific activity of Procambarus clarkii were studied.The experimental results showed that:1.The specific activity of AKP and CAT in Procambarus clarkii was not significantly affected by different diets(P>0.05),but the AKP and CAT activities of Procambarus clarkii in the B and biofermented diet groups were higher than those in the A feed group.2.The specific activity of SOD in the biofermentation feed group was significantly different from that of the A feed group(P<0.05).The highest activity of the SOD in the three groups was in the biofermentation feed group,reaching 177.87U/ml,was 31.02 U/ml higher than the lowest A feed group.3.The specific activity of LSZ in the bio-fermentation feed group was significantly higher than that of the A feed group and the B feed group,followed by the B feed group and A feed group was the lowest.2.1.4 The Effects of Different Feedstuff on the body nutrients of Procambarus clarkiiIn this paper,the effects of three kinds of feedstuff on the body nutrients(moisture,crude
