With the development of the economy,people's living standards have been greatly improved,the consumption of meat food has also changed,the demand for green products is increasing,beef is the category of green products,so the beef industry has a very broad prospects for development.The development of beef cattle industry in Dachang county should further expand the market space while meeting the consumption demand in this area.The theoretical research in this paper has guiding significance for the development of beef industry in Dachang County,and can provide reference for the development of local beef industry.Dachang County,known as the "Dachang Hui Autonomous County",is a Muslim colony,the local meat structure is mainly beef and mutton,affected by the scale of culture and the factors of the product itself,the beef is the majority of the local meat and food structure.Beef cattle industry is a characteristic leading industry in Dachang county.Its industrial scale accounts for more than 50% of the total scale of animal husbandry.It occupies an important position in the economic development of Dachang county.This paper focuses on the development of beef industry in Dachang county.First,the development model of beef cattle industry in Dachang county was introduced,and the scale of beef cattle breeding,product structure and distribution of sales market in Dachang county were analyzed with statistical data and field survey data,and the development of beef cattle industry in Dachang county was expounded.Then,in combination with the actual situation in Dachang County,a specific analysis was made of the problems in the beef cattle industry,including the low level of industrial organization,low level of farming techniques,low quality of beef products,low level of deep processing technology,and sales.The market is too concentrated and other issues.Finally,we propose solutions to the existing problems.Specifically,it includes increasing the degree of industrial organization,introducing advanced technologies,improving the prevention and control of beef cattle disease,improving the level of deep processing technology,and establishing a diversified market structure.
