| The development of characteristic industries is a "blood-making" poverty alleviation method.Since the introduction of targeted poverty alleviation in 2013,the connotation and methods of industrial poverty alleviation have been continuously improved,and significant results have been achieved in practice.However,there are few studies on the performance of industrial poverty alleviation,and the performance evaluation index system needs to be improved.L County in Hebei Province is a key poverty-stricken county at the national level,but it has the advantage of developing the beef cattle industry and vigorously develops the beef cattle industry to help fight poverty.In order to verify the effect of poverty alleviation by the beef cattle industry,the performance of poverty alleviation by the beef cattle industry was studied.The main contents of the study are as follows: First,through field investigations in County L,to understand the advantages of the local beef cattle industry and the perception of poor households on policies,industries,and poverty reduction effects,and lay the foundation for the construction of a performance evaluation index system.The second is to determine the indicator system based on the theory of precision poverty alleviation and the theory of public policy performance evaluation.The third is to analyze the poverty alleviation performance of the beef cattle industry in County L through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and find the existing problems.It was concluded that the performance of the beef cattle industry in L County was good,with the excellent implementation of supporting policies accounting for 39.13%,the good construction of the poverty alleviation industry accounting for 47.62%,the excellent effect of poverty reduction accounting for 40.2%,and the good effect of participation accounting for42.46%.The fourth is to propose countermeasures and suggestions to improve the poverty alleviation performance of the beef cattle industry in L County from the perspective of solving problems and improving sustainability.Figure 4;Table 16;Reference 72... |
