Citri grandis Exocarpium is an immature or near mature dry outer skin of the Rutaceae.Anti-inflammatory,cough,asthma,dietary stagnation,vomiting,hiccups,chest stasis and other symptoms have a therapeutic effect.Due to its remarkable efficacy and growing market demand,the output of Guangdong Huazhou in genuineness area can no longer meet its demand.Due to the high economic benefits of planting Citri grandis.,Guangxi has also begun to introduce a large number of planted Citri grandis.In some areas,it even serves as an important poverty alleviation industry.Most of the current researches evaluate the suitability of Citri grandis.in the climatic conditions and agronomic traits of Citri grandis.,and have not reported on the chemical composition and pharmacodynamics of Guangxi Citri grandis..Based on the investigation of the planting conditions of Citri grandis.in Guangxi,the fruit of main planting area was taken as the research object,and the main components analysis was performed using GC-MS,HPLC and other analysis techniques.Analyzed by class analysis and fingerprint analysis methods,the volatile oil components,fat-soluble components and flavonoids were systematically studied.The suitability of the introduced Citri grandis.in different regions of Guangxi was studied from the perspective of chemical composition.The main results are as follows:(1)By GC-MS to separate and identify the volatile oil constituents in each producing area,the chemical constituents were treated by principal component analysis and cluster analysis,and the samples from different regions were gathered into two class.Guangxi Luchuan County and Nanning of Citri grandis and genuine production areas to gather for a class,of which Luchuan County Shuiting Village and genuine production area european distances of 0.198,the highest degree of similarity,followed by the Santang town,Nanning,european distances of 0.345.But the similarity degree of Baise each producing area and control producing area is low,can not gather for a type.(2)Separation and identification of lipid-soluble components by GC-MS,further analysis of the obtained chemical constituents found in the fruit of Luchuan County and Nanning,control-producing areas can be clustered into one category.The highest similarity between the regions of Luchuan County and the genuine producing areas,and the european distances of 1.84,followed by the Santang town of Nanning,european distances is 1.858.However,the lipid-soluble components in the fruits of Baise and the genuine producing areas could not be clustered into a class,which indicated that there were some differences between the chemical constituents and the control areas produced by Baise.(3)By HPLC,the content of naringin and rhoiflin in the fruit of Guangxi region and genuine producing areas were determined,the content of the main active components in each producing area was higher than 3.5%.On this basis,the fingerprint of flavonoids was constructed and the similarity was calculated.The results showed that the similarity between the flavonoids and the control regions was higher than 0.95,It shows that flavonoids are more stable,and there is no significant change in the introduction process.(4)The cluster analysis of geographical location and climatic conditions of different habitats found that Nanning and Luchuan areas were similar to control,and there were some differences between Baise area and control.At the same time,the chemical constituents of the fruit produced in the two areas of Luchuan and Nanning in Guangxi are similar to the control areas,while the chemical constituents in the Baise area fruits were difference from those in the control area,especially in the lipid composition.Therefore,only from the point of view of the chemical composition of the conclusions:in addition to the Luchuan County,Nanning planting of the chemical composition of Citri grandis small change,also suitable for planting Citri grandis..However,the chemical constituents of the Baise area planted in the Citri grandis were changed a lot,and further studies were needed from other style to analyze the suitability of planting Citri grandis.in this area.
