Tomato is a very popular vegetable crop in China.It has high nutritional content,unique taste and anti-cancer effect.Due to continuous cropping obstacles leading to widespread outbreak of soil-borne diseases,tomato grafting is one of the most effective ways to prevent soil-borne diseases.Therefore,it is imminent to speed up the process of selecting and breeding suitable new varieties of tomato stock.In this experiment,20 tomato seedlings with stable multi-generation traits were used as the research material,numbered as(ZMH1-20),and they were screened for agronomic traits in the field,and screened and screened for resistance genes of the three diseases in combination with field resistance.Identification and root investigations selected poly-resistant tomato rootstocks.The results of the study showed that:1.ZMH-20 tomato rootstock has good fruit shape,high sugar content,multiple results,and strong crack resistance.2.ZMH-9 tomato rootstock material has large fruit hardness,high soluble solid content,good fruit shape index,strong growth potential,and thick flesh3.The shortest fruit stem length and fruit shape index of the tomato rootstock ZMH-11 were better.4.Twenty samples of 7 homozygous materials with I-2 resistance gene were detected;16 homozygote materials with Mi-1 resistance gene,1 hybrid material with Mi-1 resistance gene;6 with Ve-2 resistance gene homozygote material;1 hybrid material with Ve-2 resistance gene;ZMH-9 and ZMH-11 are homozygous material with both I-2,Mi-1 and Ve-2 resistance genes;And it is resistant to bacterial wilt and bacterial myeloid necrosis.5.Grafting comparative experiments on 11 polymerized resistant tomato rootstocks,combined with analysis results of resistance gene detection,fruit traits,yield traits and quality traits,selected 2 tomato rootstock varieties with potential in ZMH-9 and ZMH-11..6.Grafting contrast experiments were conducted on 2 polymerized resistant tomato rootstocks and wild eggplants.The cherry tomato of this research group:Xida Yingying No.1 was scioned and tested for resistance genes,tomato fruit pods and stalk traits,and fruits.The analysis results of traits,yield traits,and quality traits indicated that the overall performance of ZMH-9 and wild eggplant was excellent.In summary,the multi-resistance tomato rootstock not only has a well-developed root system,but also can improve the fruit properties of the grafted tomato to make the sepal long,widen and thicken,and increase the yield and quality of the grafted tomato.
