| Heracleum moellendorffii Hance and Aralia elata(Miq.)are two kinds of mountain wild foods that have the same source of medicine and food.Due to unreasonable collection,their resources are becoming increasingly scarce,and these two kinds of wild mountain seeds have Due to the characteristics of deep sleep,sand stratification is often performed before wintering in production,and the method of sowing seeds in the second spring is cumbersome.This experiment studied the Effects of different sowing density,sowing time,sowing after planting,pouring frozen water on seedling emergence rate and seedling growth of two kinds of wild vegetables,and using different exogenous substances(6-benzylaminopurine,gibberellin)before sowing.The Effects of seed and potassium nitrate on the growth of seedlings after seed treatment are intended to provide a theoretical basis for simplifying seedling breeding procedures.The following conclusions were obtained through experiments:(1)The early sowing in autumn was beneficial to the seed germination and seedling growth of Heracleum moellendorffii Hance.The sowing date had little Effects on the seedling emergence rate and seedling growth of Aralia elata(Miq.).In the three sowing dates of this experiment,the seedling emergence of seedlings at the sowing date of October 12(T1)in the first sowing stage of Heracleum moellendorffii Hance was highest,and the highest emergence rate was 18.67%when the sowing density was 50 kg/hm2(L3).The plant height reached 5.5 cm,and the width,root activity and chlorophyll content were higher than other treatments.In the case of Aralia elata(Miq.),the three planting dates,namely October 12(T1),October 22(T2)and November 02(T3),are all suitable for autumn sowing.The T2 treatment emerges slightly higher than T1.And T3 treatment,the difference was not significant,and the seedling growth was best when the seeding density was 15 kg/hm2(C3).T2C3 treatment could significantly increase the seedling emergence rate,and had a certain promoting Effects on seedling growth.(2)The coverage after sowing was favorable to the emergence and seedling growth of Heracleum moellendorffii Hance,and had no significant Effects on Elm seedlings of Aralia elata(Miq.).After sowing,the frozen water treatment had no Effects on the seedling emergence and seedling growth of Heracleum moellendorffii Hance and Aralia elata(Miq.).(3)GA3 and KNO3 seed soaking promoted the emergence and seedling growth of S.sibiricum seedlings in autumn.After soaking seedlings of 6-BA,GA3 and KNO3,the seedlings and seedlings growth of Aralia elata(Miq.)seedlings were significantly promoted by the autumn sowing,but the concentration was too high.Will inhibit the emergence of Heracleum moellendorffii Hance.The seedling emergence rate of 100 mg/L GA3(G2)soaked seeds for 24 hours treated Heracleum moellendorffii Hance reached 64.62%,which was 29.24%higher than that of the control;200 mg/L6-BA(B2)seed soaked for 12 h to treat the seedlings of Aralia elata(Miq.)reached 70%,an increase of 40.67%compared to the control.The autumn sowing in the greenhouse had a significant Effects on the seedling emergence and seedling growth of Aralia elata(Miq.).The seedling emergence rate of 200mg/L 6-BA(B2)soaking seedlings reached 67.89%at 12 h,which was 43.43%higher than that of the control.(4)After three kinds of exogenous substances were soaked in cold storage,the activities of amylase and GA3 were significantly increased in seeds before germination of Heracleum moellendorffii Hance and Aralia elata(Miq.).The amylase activity of seedlings treated with 100mg/L GA3(G2)for 24 h of Heracleum moellendorffii Hance was2.26 mg/(g·min),which was significantly higher than that of other treatments and controls.The content of GA3 reached 7.34μg/g.Seedlings treated with 200 mg/L 6-BA(B2)concentration for 12 h of Aralia elata(Miq.),the amylase activity reached 27.8 mg/(g·min),which was significantly higher than other treatments and controls;GA3 content reached 9.92μg/g. |
