Heracleum moellendorffii Hance, widely distributed in northeastern China,is a wild vegetable with no clear-cut distinction between being medicinal and edible.Heracleum moellendorffii Hance is rich in flavonoids and coumarins, making it occupy an important position in vegetable cultivation and traditional Chinese medicine.Because of wild characteristics of Heracleum moellendorffii Hance, the accumulation of flavonoids, coumarins and other substances in the Heracleum moellendorffii Hance is not clearly documented, and therefore, reasonable cultivation methods are used to make its cultivation and production tend to be more scientific, ensuring more regular changes to accumulation of inner-body ingredients of Heracleum moellendorffii Hance.Fertilizer is an indispensable factor in the growth process of Heracleum moellendorffii Hance, and proper application will improve its nutrients and quality. In this paper, the effects of different fertilizers on the accumulation of flavonoids and coumarins in Heracleum moellendorffii Hance were studied by means of land transplanting stock. The secondary metabolites and yields of Heracleum moellendorffii Hance in the whole growth period and different parts were investigated by HPLC.The results provide a theoretical basis for the cultivation of Heracleum moellendorffii Hance resources with high flavonoids and coumarin content. The main findings are as follows:(1)The total flavonoids and coumarins in Heracleum moellendorffii Hance showed more accumulation in different parts of the roots, leaves and petioles. The flavonoid content in the same growth period did not change much in the roots and leaves, and the coumarin accumulated more in the roots.(2)A certain range of Organic Fertilizer application can effectively improve the total flavonoids and coumarin in the Heracleum moellendorffii Hance leaf-leafing stage. The application of 3500 kg·hm-2(Y2)Organic Fertilizer is the best, not only the most beneficial to total flavonoids and coumarin.Accumulation, while the yield was significantly higher than other treatments;total flavonoids and coumarin content were at the peak 28 days after leaf development.(3)Preliminary determination of N3P1K2(N 375 kg·hm-2,P2O5 450 kg·hm-2,K2 O 300kg·hm-2),N3P2K1(N 375 kg·hm-2,P2O5 675 kg·hm-2,K2 O 150 kg·hm-2),N3P3K0(N 375 kg·hm-2,P2O5 900 kg·hm-2)fertilization combination is beneficial to the accumulation of flavonoids in leaves and petioles of Heracleum moellendorffii Hance during leaf spreading;N3P1K2combination is beneficial to the accumulation of coumarin;N3P2K1 and The N3P3K0 combination is conducive to increased production.(4)The content of soluble sugar and soluble protein in primary metabolites was negatively correlated with the content of Heracleum moellendorffii Hance flavonoids and coumarin. The secondary metabolite phenylalanine was positively correlated with the content of Heracleum moellendorffii Hance flavonoids. The content of cinnamic acid on flavonoids and coumarins was not obvious.Correlation, there was a negative correlation between the content of coumarinic acid and flavonoids and coumarin in Heracleum moellendorffii Hance. The related metabolic enzymes PAL,C4 H and 4CL could better control the synthesis of secondary metabolites, and then control the flavonoids and aroma of Heracleum moellendorffii Hance. The production of soybean content.Among them, phenylalanine and PAL are the decisive factors controlling synthesis.
