In recent years,with the rapid growth of potato planting area and production,the related mechanical products have also been developed rapidly.But the domestic potato cleaning machine started relatively late,developed slowly and had a low level of technology.At present,the cleaning of potato in China mainly depends on the most traditional manual work,which has low working efficiency,high labor intensity and high rate of potato injury.And seriously hindered the development of potato production on a large-scale.With the aim to solve the problems,the automatic control of potato cleaning machine and the optimization of working parameters are studied in this paper.The main researched contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The structure design of potato cleaning machine was studied,and the main working parts and the working principle of hydraulic system were introduced in detail,and the concrete working principle of potato cleaning machine is vividly expressed by means of schematic diagram.The two functions of potato cleaning machine for removing dirt debris and size grading are reflected intuitively.(2)The modal analysis of feed drive shaft was carried out by using ANSYS Workbench software,and the first 6 natural frequencies and modes of the main influence of feed drive shaft were obtained.The transient dynamics analysis of the primary cleaning device was carried out,and the instantaneous speed range of the potato cleaning device was obtained,which laid a foundation for the design of the automatic control system of the potato cleaning machine.(3)The automatic control system of potato cleaning machine was designed.The system was mainly composed of PLC main control module,detection module,feed cleaning control module,feeding conveyor belt control module,clearance roller spacing control module,man-machine interaction module and power module.(4)Orthogonal experiments were carried out to study the effects of various factors on potato injury rate,soil clearance rate,cleaning accuracy rate and cleaning efficiency,and the range analysis and variance analysis of the test results were carried out,the optimal combination of cleaning working parameters corresponding to each test index was obtained.In addition,the two analysis methods obtained that:the main and secondary effects of each factor on the test results were in turn the working angle were working angleθ_j,cleaning speed n_s and feed quantity Q_z. |
