| Concentrate-oriented diets at the end of lamb fattening have high proportion of concentrate easily induce rumen indigestion,and other nutritional metabolic diseases,and that will further affect fattening efficiency,mainly the use of whole plant corn silage type of diet can ensure a certain proportion of coarse fodder,and it also can reduce the occurrence of metabolic disease.However,the effect of whole plant corn silage diet in lamb fattening was lack of systematic research.For this purpose,this study carried out a test of feeding lamb fattening with whole corn silage as the main type ration of concentrate.The control group ration was concentrate + hay,and the diet was whole plant corn silage + concentrate + hay,70-day-old black Suffolk and small-tailed Han sheep hybrid generation of 40,using a single factor randomized group design,randomly divided into 2 groups,each group is 20,the two groups of the same level of nutrition,for 91 days fattening feeding test.After the test,the comparative analysis in the experimental group and the control group of serum aminotransferase levels and growth hormone levels,fattening,meat performance and meat quality indexes and muscle mitochondrial transcription factor in the control group and test group(TFAM)of mitochondrial transcription factor A gene expression differences,and further studied the experimental group and control group in the muscles in the eight groups related to the growth and development of growth hormone receptor(GHR),myostatin gene(MSTN),insulin-like growth factor 1(IGF-1)gene and insulin-like growth factor 1 receptor gene(IGFR-1),frizzled-related protein gene(FRZB)mRNA expression level.The main results are as follows:1.There was no significant difference in ALT content between the trial group and the control groups before fattening and fattening finishing two times(P>0.05),but during the whole test period,the content of ALT in the experimental group and control groups showed a downward trend,and the content level of AST was no significant difference than trial group before fattening and fattening finishing two times(P>0.05);there was no significant difference in the levels of GH between the two stages in the finishing stage and the control group(P>0.05),At the end of the finishing period,the content of GH was significantly lower than that in the early stage of fattening and control group.In the whole fattening period,GH content showed a downward trend,and the experimental sheep in the test group had no significant difference in fattening period and average daily gain(P>0.05),but the experimental group was better than the control group,and the profit increased by 53.53%(74.08 yuan).2.The carcass weight of fattening sheep in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in slaughter rate,eye muscle area and GR value in the test group and control group(P>0.05);The score of lamb marbleization in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in pH value,cooked meat rate,shearing force,water power,and meat color(P>0.05).3.In the skin tissue,the expression of MSTN gene in the test group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The expression of IGF-1R gene in the control group was significantly higher in the control group than in the experimental group(P<0.05),and the differences in the expression of others gene in the control group and the experimental group were not significant(P>0.05). |
