Rice is one of the main food crops planted in the south of China.Rice blast is a disastrous disease that occurs in the whole rice growth period and can cause serious yield losses of riceStrobilurin fungicides,particularly pyraclostrobin,can effectively control rice blast.However,pyraclostrobin is highly toxic to aquatic organisms.Brachydanio rerio,Daphnia magna Straus,Scenedesmus obliquus,Xenopus laevis and Rana nigromaculata are model organisms used for water detection.Therefore,they were used to determine the toxicities of pyraclostrobin in the current study.The main results are as follows:The toxicities of pyraclostrobin 25% MCs(polyurea),pyraclostrobin 25% EC,pyraclostrobin 25% SC,pyraclostrobin 25% MCs(coordination assembly),pyraclostrobin 25% MCs(polyurethane),pyraclostrobin 100 g/L MCs(BASF),pyraclostrobin 30% MCs(FC)to Brachydanio rerio were 2.129,0.0364,0.0547,0.0970,4.084,0.305 and 0.697 mg a.i./L,which ranked as moderate toxicity,highly toxic,highly toxic,highly toxic,moderate toxicity,highly toxic and highly toxic.The toxicities of pyraclostrobin 25% MCs(polyurea),pyraclostrobin 25% EC,pyraclostrobin 25% SC,pyraclostrobin 25% MCs(coordination assembly),pyraclostrobin 25% MCs(polyurethane),pyraclostrobin 100 g/L MCs(BASF),pyraclostrobin 30% MCs(FC)to Daphnia magna Straus were 0.128,0.0404,0.0324,0.0244,0.438,0.117 and 0.517 mg a.i./L,which ranked as highly toxicity,highly toxic,highly toxic,highly toxic,highly toxicity,highly toxic and highly toxic.The toxicities of pyraclostrobin 25% MCs(polyurea),pyraclostrobin 25% EC,pyraclostrobin 25% SC,pyraclostrobin 25% MCs(coordination assembly),pyraclostrobin 25% MCs(polyurethane),pyraclostrobin 100 g/L MCs(BASF),pyraclostrobin 30% MCs(FC)to Xenopus laevis were 0.0614,0.00273,0.00277,0.00290,1.226,0.0231 and 0.0362 mg a.i./L,which ranked as highly toxicity,highly toxic,highly toxic,highly toxic,moderate toxicity,highly toxic and highly toxic.The toxicities of pyraclostrobin 25% MCs(polyurea),pyraclostrobin 25% EC,pyraclostrobin 25% SC,pyraclostrobin 25% MCs(coordination assembly),pyraclostrobin 25% MCs(polyurethane),pyraclostrobin 100 g/L MCs(BASF),pyraclostrobin 30% MCs(FC)to Rana nigromaculata were 0.174,0.00186,0.00163,0.00635,0.131,0.0197 and 0.0234 mg a.i./L,which ranked as highly toxicity,highly toxic,highly toxic,highly toxic,highly toxicity,highly toxic and highly toxic.
