At present,the most cultivated land because of the lack of a reasonable farming,after crushing machine long-term,accompanied by an excess of compaction.Therefore,a solid plough bottom is generally found within 15-25cm of the surface of the cultivated land.To prevent soil erosion and desertification,it is very important to study the deep relaxation technique of soil water storage capacity.However,the traditional deep relaxation technique is mainly based on the deep relaxation of mechanical cutting,which has the problems such as deep loose depth,small range of deep pine and large resistance of deep pine.Aiming at the problem of the traditional mechanical deep pine,the paper studies the pressure and deep relaxation of the bottom of the plow under the impact of high pressure gas.To this end,the following aspects are studied:First of all,through the analysis of the crack formation mechanism,the expansion principle and the splitting air pressure,to establish a mechanical model of high pressure gas between the shovel and soil.Based on the mechanism of air pressure splitting,the mechanism of splitting and reducing of pressure deep looseness is studied,and the calculating formula of traction resistance under pressure splitting is deduced.The main factors that affect the traction resistance are the air pressure in the soil,the length and width of the shovel,the cohesion of the soil,the coefficient of soil disturbance,and the speed of the deep pine shoveling.In order to guarantee the plough the air pressure deep loosening after crushing rate,further study on the mechanism of vibration crushing soil the shovel.Secondly,based on the theory of pressure deep loosening,the pressure of the deep loosening machine overall structure and design,including:the design of split type air pressure deep loosening shovel and layout,the design of the pneumatic control system,the shovel handle frame design,the design of the excitation device,the type selection calculation of transmission device,establish a 3d solid model and assemble it.In order to verify the feasibility and rationality of design,through the finite element software of split type air pressure deep loosening shovel,the shovel handle frame,eccentric shaft key components of statics and dynamics analysis,get the corresponding stress and strain nephogram and former six order modal vibration mode of the clouds,through the analysis can meet the strength requirements,to avoid the resonance frequency.Then,in order to ensure that the study of the pressure deep pine machine can adapt to the arable soil in various regions of our country,the soil of southern cultivated land with large viscosity is selected as the research object.ABAQUS analysis software was used to analyze the triaxial shear test.By comparing the magnetism of soil plough layer soil under different confining pressure and axial stress and strain of the relationship,show that the plough the elastic zone is smaller than magnetism,reach the yield limit of rate is larger than magnetism,compared with magnetism,suitable for high pressure gas deep loosening to produce crack.Finally,in order to study the high pressure gas diffusion law of arable land,the plough the soil in the south,using the software of CFD fluid analysis for pressure deep loosening the simulation analysis shows that the bulk density of 1.8 g/cm3 after,a depth of 40 cm deep plough bottom pressure,split pressure range 1.6-2.4 MPa,the biggest deep loosening radius of 0.92 m;It is known from the comparison of the deep relaxation simulation of the bottom of the plough under the pressure of 2MPa that the gas in the bottom of the unit is 1.4g/cm3 cubed,and the gas in the bottom of the plough is mainly spread vertically,and the effect of the near side effect is obvious.The vertical direction and horizontal direction of the gas at the bottom of the 1.6g/cm3 cubic plough are coexisting with the horizontal direction.The gas at the bottom of the 1.8g/cm3 cubed plough is mainly diffused along the horizontal direction,and the deep relaxation is the best,which can reach the far side influence field.
