Because of traditional plough and farming machines' several years of cultivation,combined with human and animal years trample and tire rolling,The soil is gradually compacted,in the end,it generates a plough pan below the soil.The roots of the crops can't deep pierced through, can only grow and bend above the plough pan.At present, the best way to effectively break the plough pan is deep loosening. The soil after the deep loosening, can break the sturdy plough pan formed in the years of operation of the plough,become the soil structure which the above is loose and the following is strong.On international deep loosening generally refers to completely break the plough pan,the deep depth should be 40 cm at least, with great horsepower tractor matching.What Can deep loosening to 40 cm in domestic are generally single deep loosening machine, which is limited by power can't have two or more joint operations.The design of shallow deep loosening soil preparation machine refers to plow deeply 30 cm to break most of the plough pan and can break soil, suppress soil preparation work, cut into the number of times required, to improve the efficiency of soil preparation machine.This machine supporting low power requirements, the assignments width is big, high work efficiency, suitable for farmland characteristics in xinjiang.The concrete research content is as follows:(1)The research of plough pan nature.Most of the cultivated land in our country have the plough pan, because the soil compaction and gap decreases, gas permeability and water permeability decrease, makes the soil heat, water and gas cannot be fully exchange, crop root system can't normal metabolism.It also affect the survival of some microbes in soil, the soil fertility decline, eventually make the output of crops is greatly reduced.Xinjiang is located in the northwestern China, is a serious arid and semiarid areas, the plough pan has more than average, in the north in recent years some places requires 40 cm deep tillage to completely break the plough pan.But after the plough pan was completely broken, the water infiltration is accelerated, take away the soil fertility,greatly reduces the crops on the utilization rate of fertilizer and water, formed a waste of resources and influence the growth of crops.Therefore, it is not the more completely break the plough pan is more beneficial for the growth of crops.(2)The overall structure of the whole machine is determined,According to the actual work needs,determine the working width, coverage and depth of the deep loosening etc. The main working parameters.(3)The analysis and design of the frame,Combined with the actual set up equation, the frame stress distribution are analyzed theoretically.(4)For main components position such as deep loosening shovel column layout research.(5)Using SolidWsorks modeling for the main parts, using SolidWorks simulation module finite element stress analysis was carried out on the deep loosening shovel column.(6)Using Ansys workbench to deep loosening frame modal analysis.
