After analyzing many documents about ginseng planting soil improvement on farmland and combined with the nutrient,physical and chemical properties of ginsen g planting soil.This study selected three kinds of substrates as additives which was fi xed with three types of fertilizer by five ratio.The five kinds of mixture were fertiliz ed into deep-rolled farmland soil for ginseng planting.The study aimed to evaluate th e five treatments by observing the physical and chemical property,enzymatic activit y and microbial community dynamics of ginseng planting soil and analyzing the pro duction,nutritional ingredient of ginseng during 3 consecutive years.The results are as follows:(1)The results showed that the yield of Panax ginseng was the highest and the content of effective spooning was the highest in the five treatments,and the farmer planted the quadrennial ginseng and recommended the soil improvement scheme of the treatment No.1.The results showed that the yield of Panax ginseng was the highest and the content of effective saponins was the highest in the five treatments.The specific improvement schemes are as follows:soybean cake 0.45 kg/m~2,corn leaf 0.02 m3/m~2,Rayleigh 0.18 kg/m~2,Tudile 0.32 kg/m~2,Diyi 0.09 kg/m~2.(2)The physical and chemical indexes of the soil suitable for the growth of ginseng are as follows:Ph value:4.91-5.43;Ec:58.5-112.6 uS/cm;Organic matter:19.63-22.31 g/kg;Ammonium nitrogen:7.11-12.76 mg/kg;Nitrate nitrogen:17.74-23.91 mg/kg;Available phosphorus:38.17-61.4 mg/kg;Available potassium:235.7-307.0 mg/kg;Total nitrogen:1.87-2.26 g/kg;Total phosphorus:0.667-0.827 g/kg;Total potassium:8.9-10.08 g/kg;Catalase:2.73-3.37 ml/g.20mim-1);Phosphatase:2.15-3.20 mg/g d-1);Urease:0.5271-0.6754(mg/g.d-1);Sucrase:7.34-11.61 mg/g d-1)?(3)Through the study of the soil microbial community in the root zone,there is a difference in the species and quantity of the microbial communities in different soil treatments.There are also differences in the species and quantity of bacteria and fungi in the soil of the same soil treatment.The physical and chemical properties of the soil in the process of growth and development of the ginseng are changed,some kinds of microorganisms will decrease,and some of the original weak microorganisms will also grow up to a certain proportion.In soil,the dynamic change of microbial community directly affects the yield of ginseng,and controlling the change of microbial community can promote the high yield of ginseng.Artificial supplement Hyphomicrobiaceae?Bacillaceae?Acidothermaceae?Chitinophagaceae?norank_o_JG30-KF-AS9?norank_o_Gaiellales?norank_p_Saccharibacteria,these seven families of bacteria and microbe and norank_o_Sordariales?unclassified_o_Tremellales,these two family fungi microorganism,played the promotion function to the ginseng increase production.
