With the concept of "precision agriculture" and "smart agriculture" put forward,information and computer technology and sensor technology are continuously integrated into agricultural production,improving the efficiency of agricultural operations and reducing the production costs and achieving "smart agriculture" through science and technology purpose.In recent years,agricultural robot or agricultural operating system is a hot research topic,and some research results have been put into agricultural production.Therefore,this article designs a crop fertilization spraying control system.First of all,this paper designs the overall scheme of spraying operation system.The scene and purpose of the whole system and its main functions are reasonably considered and analyzed.The spraying control scheme of the operating system is determined.The working principle of the system is introduced and the technical parameters of the spraying robot are determined.Secondly,this paper introduces the spraying operation control system,introduces the hardware system,software system and control algorithm design and simulation in detail.The hardware is divided into upper computer and lower computer system.The hardware of lower computer is introduced emphatically.The lower computer microcontroller uses STM32F103RCT6 processor.The wireless communication module includes digital signal wireless transmission module based on Lora technology and 5.8G wireless image transmission The spraying control module includes a plant proximity detector for collecting distance information,a speed sensor for collecting speed information,a liquid suction pump motor and a driving module thereof.Software system includes fuzzy control software design and spray control software system.The control algorithm uses fuzzy control to design a double input and single output fuzzy controller and simulates it.Then based on the image processing technology,the disease degree of corn leaf is studied.The methods of median filtering and edge detection are used to smooth and sharpen the image respectively.The color model is used to eliminate the influence of illumination.Threshold method is used to segment the image.The shape feature parameters of the area are extracted by pixel method and the degree of disease is calculated.This article uses MATLAB(2014a)software for image processing.Finally,this paper carries out the experiment of spray system and the benefit of using the system.The experiment includes system setup and function test.The test shows that the system can realize the image transmission and acquisition,and the variable spraying control according to the collected information.Analysis shows that the system can reduce the amount of spray,resulting in considerable overall benefits.
