In this paper,the wear degree and quantitative expression technology of spindle for cotton picker are analyzed and the existing problems are analyzed.At present,the determination of spindle wear degree is mainly artificial subjective judgment,low efficiency,easy to leak and difficult to source,popularization of difference,at the same time,vulnerable to fatigue detection,low detection efficiency,seriously affected the normal maintenance of spindle.Therefore,it is necessary to give a quantitative expression for the determination of the wear degree of the spindle.This paper gets the characteristic information of the spindle hook contour by digital image processing technology,through statistical analysis of wear time and the wear degree of curve using SPSS software,The quantitative expression of the degree of wear of the spindle is realized,and the range of preventive maintenance of the spindle is determined,which provides a theoretical study for the classification of the wear of the spindle.Specific research contents and conclusions are as follows:1,based on the technology of digital image processing abstract extraction contour feature information of spindle hook.To build a suitable acquisition system acquisition spindle hook contour,determine the hardware acquisition system.Digital image processing system,image enhancement,edge detection,feature extraction,three steps of the algorithm was determined through repeated testing,the final calculated area filling,spindle and spindle wear new pixel area difference.The quantitative expression of the degree of wear of the spindle is achieved.2.Statistical analysis of wear degree.Gets the 120 group wear spindle sample data,analyzed by SPSS software to obtain the corresponding curve,combined with the artificial subjective judgment grading standards,determine the spindle wear degree of the warning line and the critical line,as preventive maintenance is defined between the spindle wear in the warning line and pro line.3.Research on spare parts management of spindle.Get the spindle wear degree of quantitative expression through digital image processing technology,to replace the artificial subjective detection,and according to the two reference line of preventive maintenance,that the spindle has been in service for practice and future prediction of spindle service time,which can provide reference data for the management of spare parts of the spindle.
