Pteria penguin is the main economic species for the cultivation of large blister pearl,it belong to the bivalves.During the production and transportation of Pteria penguin,including feed quality,density,air exposure and temperature have become environmental factors that affect the physiological state of Pteria penguin.At present,there are few reports about these factors causing its physio-ecological responses and mechanisms to be explored.Therefore,this study analyzed the effects of Pteria penguin on the feeding and metabolism of different microaglae and air exposure.Using the relationship between microaglae and dry weight of meat about(1:100?3:100?6:100),to analyze the clearance rate,oxygen consumption rate,ammonia excretion rate and absorption efficiency of Pteria penguin were examined under four kinds of microalgae(Isochrysis galbana?Pavloca viridis?Chaetoceros muelleri?Platymonas subcordiformis).The results showed that(1)From the point of view of the whole feeding,the clearance rate with the increasing concentration of microalgae,while the respiration and excretion rate do the reverse.The different microalgae had significant effects on the clearance rate of Penguin penguin(p<0.05),with Isochrysis galbana as food,the clearance rate of Penguin penguin,is the highest,up to 0.79 L/h,followed by Chaetoceros muelleri and Platymonas subcordia,the lowest is the Pavlova viridis,up to 0.07 L/h.(2)In the experimental,microalgae was set to three concentrations,the oxygen consumption rate and ammonia excretion rate increased with the increasing food concentration,when fed on with Chaetoceros muelleri,the oxygen consumption rate and ammonia excretion rate is higher than the others,Penguin Penguin digestion Chaetoceros muelleri need to consume more energy.(3)the initial time to produce pseudo feces with increasing feed concentration,there is no significant difference in the initial time between different microalgae produced false manure.(4)In this experiment,there was no difference in the absorption efficiency of different species to the same microalgae,but food quality had effects on the assimilation efficiency obviously(p>0.05),The assimilation efficiency of Isochrysis galbana is about 28%-65%,while the assimilation efficiency of Pavlova is about 10%-26%,the assimilation efficiency of Chaetoceros valbus is about 20%-35%,the assimilation efficiency of Platymonas subcordiformis is about 18%-28%.The tolerance ability of artificial breeding Penguin penguin to different temperature and air exposure was investigated in order to provide reference to transportation,with the Group A(19 ± 1 ?),Group B(24 ± 1?)and group C(3 0 ± 1 ?),with air exposure 6h,9h,12h,were measured survival rate and physiological and chemical reaction state of Penguin penguin in the recovery time(3h?6h?12h?24h?48h?96h).The results showed that(1)With the increase of dry exposure,the survival rate and water losing rate of Penguin penguin decreased,when the combination of dry exposure time and temperature increased,the physiological activity of Penguin penguin was strongly stimulated.So after drying for 12 h,the survival rate at group A,B and C were reduced respectively to 40%,45.83%and 10.01%,the oxygen consumption rate and ammonia excretion rate is difficult to recover the control group level in the experimental recovery time.The survival rates of group A,B and C were 65.85%,92.68%and 73.47%respectively when the air exposure time was 9h.(2)there was a significant positive correlation between air exposure time and water lossing rate,and a significant negative correlation between air exposure temperature and growth index and water lossing rate.Among them,the water lossing rate of P.penguin in group B was compared with other groups are obviously lower.(3)Measured value of clearance rate and the variation of respiratory metabolism frequency increased,In other words,with the air exposure time was 6 hours,the clearance rate and metabolic rate of the A,B and C temperature groups were basically the same as those of the control group.with the air exposure time was 9 hours,the clearing rate in the temperature group B remained close to the control group for the duration of recovery,and reached its maximum at 24 hours.At the same time,the clearance rate of the group C was closer to the control group,and peaked at 12h and 6h respectively.The metabolic rate was restored to the control group at the recovery time of 12 h.After 12h of air exposure,within the recovery period,the clearing rate of the three temperature groups was significantly different from that of the control group and could not be restored to the level of the control group.In this paper,the ingestion ability of P.penguin was used Isochrysis galbana better than other three species of microalgae,followed by Chaetoceros muelleri,Platymonas subcordiformis,and Pavlova viridis.The food ratio of 1:100 is the best feeding density of four species of microalgae.In the air exposure condition,the duration was 6 hour,the survival rate of Penguin penguin is between 97.96%-100%within the experimental temperature,the air exposure time was 9 hour,the temperature is controlled at 23-25?,and the survival rate can reach at 92%.Therefore,Penguin penguin in the process of transportation,the temperature 24 ± 1? is better than 18 ± ?and 29 ±1 ?,and the transportation duration should be less than 9 hours.
