The major cultivation variety in Tianjin is the experimental material.There are Jin Yuan 45,Jin Yuan E28 and Jin Chuan 1.I carried out sowing time and harvest time experiments in Huang Zhuang farm factory plots of Tianjin in 2013 and 2014.Then,I also carried out quality analysis experiment in the Tianjin Agricultural University.I researched that sowing time and harvest time have an impact on yield and quality of the rice.The major conclusion is as follow:1?When the sowing time is postponed,the yield of the rice is obvious reduction.The major reason of the reduction is that the reduction of tillers and spike grain number.The influence in the milling quality is little.But it is relate with the chemical property values.The significantly influence is that When the Amylopectin is developed,the viscosity is reduced.As the result,the taste of the rice will become terrible.2?Harvest time is also important in the yield of the rice.When the harvest time is postponed,there is a phenomenon that the yield of the rice will be more stabilization after a growth.When the panicle is full,the yield of the Jin Yuan 45 will be stabilization after forty days.When the panicle is full,the yield of the Jin Yuan E28 will be stabilization after forty days.When the harvest time is postponed,there is a phenomenon that amylopectin will be more stabilization after a growth.The more harvest time of the rice,the more terrible taste of the rice.3?The middle of april is the best sowing time of the rice in Tianjin.If the time is advanced,the appearance quality of rice milling will become terrible.If the time is postponed,the yield and the taste of rice will become terrible.When the panicle is full after forty to fifty days,the harvest time is the best.Because the stability yield of rice will be increased.Also the taste of the rice is in a good condition.When the harvest time is advanced,the green grainis is more flat.When the harvest time is advanced,the grouting is not full.When the harvest time is postponed,the rice has a weak resistance to lodging.So,the yield of the rice is in the low level.When the harvest time is postponed,the moisture will be in the low level.So,the taste of the rice will be more terrible.
