Bacillus amyloliquefaciens LJ1 and TJ were isolated and stored from the soil of Tianjin.LJ1 and TJ have strong antagonistic activity against many common phytopathogenic fungi and exhibit good effects against cucumber powdery mildew,but TJ is better than LJ1.LJ1 and TJ genome were sequenced and analyzed.The reason for the difference between the control effects compared from the genome composition.The main results were achieved and shown as follows:1 The genome of B.amyloliquefaciens LJ1 and TJ were sequenced with an Illumina HiSeq 2000 instrument and Pac Bio RS instrument.The genome size of LJ1 is 4,192,735 bp with an average GC content of 46.0 %.It contains 4,027 CDS,75 t RNA gene,9 r RNA operon,69 tandem repeated region,1 long terminal repeat region.The genome size of TJ is 4,061,552 bp with an average GC content of 46.4 %.It was predicted that Y2 had.It contains 3,955 CDS,71 tRNA gene,9 rRNA operon,139 tandem repeated region,2 long terminal repeat region.2 The strains LJ1 and TJ construct phylogenetic tree based on gyrA and gyr B gene,the results showed that the genetic relationship of LJ1,TJ and B.amyloliquefaciens FZB42 are highly close.3 Through genomic annotation,which indicate that many Carbohydrate metabolism related genes and antibiotic biosynthetic clusters were found in LJ1 and TJ genome,such as,surfactin,fengycin,iturin,bacillibactin,bacilysin,bacillaene,macrolactin and difficidin.LJ1 and TJ secrete bacteriocins and alkaline serine protein to kill nematodes.Comprehensive genome analysis,compared with lipopeptides and polyketides gene clusters of FZB42 has high consistency.TJ genome is smaller than the LJ1 genome,its metabolic burden light,with FZB42 synthesis of lipopeptide and poly k etone antibiotic gene clusters consistent high.The biosynthetic gene clusters of lantibiotics TOMM only was found in TJ genome and biosynthetic gene clusters of lantibiotics mersacidin only was found in LJ1 genome.
