Trichoderma BioFertilizer Promote Growth Of Spring Rape Cultivator And Improve Its Cultivated Soil

In this study,spring rape cultivator "Kenyou 13" was used as experimental material.Effects of 3 different fertilizer treatments on the biological shape,biological yield and soil improvement effect of "Kenyou 13" were detected.Duncan method was used to test the difference of different fertilization treatments.Results show that:(1)In the aspect of the biological characteristics of "Kenyou 13",There were no significant differences in the improvement of biological characters between 3 different fertilizer treatments.There were significant differences in the effects of 3 fertilizer treatments on plant height(P<0.05).High concentration of Trichoderma biofertilizer increased the plant height by 17.01%.However,there were no significant differences in other biological traits of rape.The growth promoting effect of 3 fertilizer treatments at harvest time:high concentration of Trichoderma fertilizer>low concentration Trichoderma fertilizer>conventional fertilizers 1.The application of high concentration of Trichoderma biofertilizer was the best.The number of effective branches,fresh weight,dry weight,root length,root fresh weight and dry weight of root were higher 22.03%,36.42%,20.54%,36.44%,79.51%and 73.51%than that of the control,respectively.The root length,root fresh weight and dry weight of root were increased by 12.62%,16.89%and 17.50%.(2)In terms of the biological yield of "Kenyou 13",compared with the application of high concentration of Trichoderma biofertilizer with chemical fertilizer,the rape of the length of the main inflorescence,have the effect of grain number per plant,pod length,pod number,grain yield,grain weight and yield in different degrees of growth,increased by 16.38%,21.57%,30.74%,17.74%,11.02%,13.58%and 12.44%.Difference fruit number was not diagonal.The influence of individual application of high concentration of Trichoderma have the effect of fertilizer on rapeseed and pod length,pod yield,thousand kernel weight and yield index than the low concentration of Trichoderma biofertilizer increased.They were increased by 20.48%,6.52%,5.65%,6.52%and 5.48%.The application of different concentrations of Trichoderma biofertilizer had no significant effect on the length of main inflorescence and the number of effective grains.(3)In the aspect of soil improvement effect,different fertilization level has different effects on soil environment.The overall improvement effect:S3>S2>S1.The best improvement effect of high concentration of Trichoderma biofertilizer on soil,compared with chemical fertilizer,the soil nitrate nitrogen and pH were decreased by 0.37%and 26.98%,which had no significant effect on soil pH,influence on soil nitrate nitrogen have significant difference.The soil total carbon,soil organic carbon,soil total nitrogen,soil carbon and nitrogen ratio were increased by 25.49%,26.49%,13.35%and 10.71%;the soil nitrate reductase,soil urease,cellulase in soil were increased by 24.07%,11.65%and 18.18%;and soil microbial biomass carbon and soil microbial biomass nitrogen increased by 30.48%and 47.02%,respectively.In summary,in the "Kenyou 13" production of Trichoderma biofertilizer and choose the suitable concentration on the growth and yield has an important role.It can improve the soil environment of "Kenyoul3" growth,promote the improvement of soil fertility,improve the quality of rape,and achieve good results in yield and quality.
