In the existing terrestrial ecosystems,the importance of the forest ecosystem is self-evident.The development of the current society is entering an era with the fastest pace and the most rapid development ever since.It is more and more demanding for human to the natural resources,with thorough plundering of the forest resources.The effective management of forest ecosystems is an important issue in current forest ecological restoration work.With the need of effective management of forest resources and the rapid development of the Internet,digital,information,and intelligent forest ecosystem health assessments have emerged.This paper mainly takes Mengjiagang Forest Farm in Jiamusi City,Heilongjiang Province as the research object.It builds the evaluation model,and finally builds the forest ecosystem health assessment system based on Network Geographic Information System(WebGIS).Research indicates:(1)This paper evaluated the health status of the Mengjiagang Forest Holy Drug System from the aspects of forest ecosystem complexity,biodiversity,forest vitality,renewability,and systemic resistance.The indicators of forest structure complexity were selected:the number of canopy layers,forest age structure,canopy density,stand density,and near naturalness;the biodiversity index was selected for the biodiversity;the biomass index was selected for the forest vitality;The capacity was selected to update the number of seedlings;systemic resistance selected two indicators of forest pest severity and fire risk rating,a total of 10 forest ecosystem health assessment indicators,and constructed a forest health assessment index system.The fuzzy C-means clustering method was used for analysis.(2)This paper selects the forest second-class survey data to build an index evaluation system.Based on the information entropy,the feature-quantity reduction is perfonned.The Gradient Boosting Decision Tree(GBDT)is introduced into the forest ecological health assessment,and a Gradient Boosting Decision Tree(GBDT)is proposed improvements.This paper uses algorithms,namely improved Gradient Boosting Decision Tree,Gradient Boosting Decision Tree,improved BP neural network algorithm and support vector machine to study the health evaluation of Mengjiagang forest ecosystem.(3)This paper sets up a WebGIS forest ecosystem health assessment system based on the Internet,which can realize real-time online operations of users,forestry data information sharing,spatial data display and output,and on-line assessment of the health level of forest ecosystems.Publish map services with ArcGIS Server 10,use Tomcat 7.0 as the server,SQL Server 2012 as the database engine,MyEclipse as the development tool,and JavaScript and Java as the development language for the system development.The constructed WebGIS forest eco-health assessment system provides users with the following services:map operation,data management,information inquiry,thematic map,forest ecosystem health assessment function,user management.The system can realize the visualized management of forest health ecosystem health assessment,and provide scientific basis and technical support for the sustainable forest management and other work.
