Soil erosion is a process of land degradation with a far-reaching influence, which almost exists in every country more or less.China is one of the countries harmed seriously by soil erosion. At present, the domestic research on soil erosion risk assessment is almost based on the soil erosion equation, which need detailed data and computational complexity. And many researches only consider the natural factors and ignore the human factors.Besides that, the existing evaluation index weights method applied to soil erosion is based on the subjective factors, lacking of objective basis, which brings uncertainty into the rationality of the result.Considering the above situation,it adopted the method of the weight of erosion factor to assess the risks, avoiding the complex soil erosion equation, trying to establish try to establish evaluation model by the method of fusion. It considered the natural and human factors to determine the indexes scientifically. It takes analytic hierarchy process to determine the basic weights, and updates the weights referencing the variable weight theory, which changes the situation of adapting constant weight to the variable factors. The method achieves continuous and adaptive weights.Taking the weights updated into the evaluation model,it gained the results of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation for soil erosion risk.Considering the the fuzziness and uncertainty in the evaluation of soil erosion, the model takes the advantages of analytic hierarchy and the theory of variable weight, and improves the existing evaluation model, which has been verified by practical.
