Study On The Comprehensive Utilization Value Of The Main Fruit Mulberry In Henan Province

Mulberry trees have a long history of cultivation in China,and the traditional use of mulberry trees is mainly based on mulberry cultivation,which is less comprehensive utilization of mulberry trees.With the development of modern tree breeding technology,a variety of new mulberry varieties with more production and larger fruit shape than traditional mulberry are cultivated are produced-----fruit mulberry.Taking the fruit mulberry garden of Wengou Village,Lvdian Township,Yichuan County,Luoyang City as the research object,by studying the biological characters,yield characters and economic benefits of the comprehensive utilization of three kinds of fruit mulberry planted in this area,the main conclusions are as follows:1.The three fruit mulberry varieties(Dashi,Hongguo 2,Baiyuwang)grown in the fruit mulberry garden in Wengou Village,Yichuan County are characterized by the shape of the tree,branches,leaves,color,size and shape of the fruit.The fruit colors of the Dashi and the Hongguo 2 are all violet black,and the fruit of the Baiyuwang is white and slightly purple.The maximum fruit diameter of the Baiyuwang is 1.6cm,and the fruit diameter of Hongguo 2 is the smallest,1.35 cm.But the fruit length of the Dashi is the longest,with an average of 4.5cm,the fruit length of the Baiyuwang is shortest,with an average of 2.8cm.2.The yield characters of three kinds of fruit mulberry are also significantly different.In terms of the number of fruit bearing per bud,Dashi and Hongguo 2 are the same,which are 5-7,while Baiyuwang is only 3-6.And the weight of single fruit of fresh fruit is Baiyuwang > Dashi > Hongguo 2.The amount of mulberry produced by fruit mulberry garden per mu is Dashi,Hongguo 2 and Baiyuwang in turn.Due to the different yield per mu and market price of the three kinds of fruit mulberry,the economic benefits obtained by fresh mulberry as fruit are quite different,are Dashi > Hongguo 2 > Baiyuwang.In order,the economic benefits per mu of the Dashi are 10225.6 yuan,and the Hongguo 2 is 9873.6 yuan,and the Baiyuwang is 7522.2 yuan.The price of the Dashi and the Hongguo 2 on the market is 30 yuan per kilogram,while the Baiyuwang is 40 yuan per kilogram.3.In 2017,under the operation mode of the picking garden,the number of tourists has reached more than 6000,per capita consumption is 130 yuan.,thus earning a profit of 780 thousand yuan.In addition,the estimated benefits for the years 2018 to 2021 are analyzed,and the tourism benefits of the fruit mulberry garden are 1.1232 million yuan,1.6174 million yuan,2.3363 million yuan,and 3.3696 million yuan.Of the three varieties,only Dashi and Hongguo 2 suit to processed into juice,because of the Dashi seedless,its juice production rate is higher than that of Hongguo 2,but Honggguo 2 processed into juice on the market for 120 yuan per box,and 100 yuan per box for Dashi.Therefore after Dashi processed into juice per mu,available income of 9536 yuan,and Hongguo 2 income is 9880 yuan,this two varieties still have certain difference.4.In 2016,the yield of mulberry leaves can be picked is 1000 kilogram,and the yield of mulberry leaf tea is 142.85 kilogram.The market price is 200 yuan per kilogram,so the economic benefits of mulberry leaf tea in 2016 is 28.57 thousand yuan per mu.In 2017,the yield of mulberry leaves is 1250 kilogram per mu,and the market price rises to 250 yuan per kilogram.Therefore,the yield of mulberry leaf tea in 2017 is 35.714 thousand yuan per mu.In addition to the production of mulberry leaf tea,mulberry leaf vegetables can be picked per mu in the fruit mulberry garden is 120 kilogram in 2016,and there is 150 kilogram in 2017,but mulberry leaf vegetables market selling price for 60 yuan per kilogram in 2017,market selling price is only 50 yuan per kilogram in 2016,so the yield of mulberry leaf tea per mu in the fruit mulberry garden is 9000 yuan in 2017,and there is 6000 yuan in 2016.5.In 2017,the yield of pruned mulberry branches in the fruit mulberry garden is 500 kilogram,and there is 400 kilogram in 2016,and the economic benefits of the growth of the edible fungus from the mulberry branch powder is 2800 yuan per mu in 2016,and it has increased to 4000 yuan per mu in 2017.6.The total income of 2016 and 2017 was analyzed in this paper,because there was no economic benefits from mulberry sightseeing and picking in 2016,therefore,the total revenue was 2.3535 million yuan in 2016,and it was 3.778 million yuan in 2017.
