The mulberry leaf is the mulberry branch plant mulberry's leaf.Chinese medicine known as the iron fans,which is the main product of mulberry.Although there are abundant mulberry's leaves in our country.there are surplus mulberry's leaves now,because the main purpose are breeding silkworm and useing for medical at present.It is urgent for us to develop new products.According to the traditional green tea processing method,the test processed mulberry's leaves as raw material in different seasons.After processing,compared main composition with CK.Meanwhile,evaluate the mulberry leaf tea by expert.After that,indicated some of the things that will be drawn to our attention during the processing.The result of the test showed that:according to the processing method in the test,reasonably consider the features of the varieties and the content of main compositions.Xiang7920 was the better choice for making mulberry leaf tea. Especially in Spring and early Summer.Aim at seeking the variation tendency of main composition,the test detected the content of mulberry's leaf in 3 different varieties (Xiangsang6,Xiang7,Yu7-11).The content of Gamma-aminobutyric acid has detected also.The result of the test showed thatduring the growth cycle,The changing regularity of free amino acid content like the word "U";On the contrary,the content of polyphenols like the word "n";Beside,the content of flavone present complex and irregulation laws,but it's extremum appeared after hoar frost descends.In order to improving the content of Gamma-aminobutyric acid in fresh mulberry's leaf,The experiment studied the effects of upgradingγ-aminobutyric acid and variating of total content of free amino acids under differences treatments, (vacuum treatment,CO2 treatment,alternate vacuum and oxygen treatment,spraying L-Glutamic treatment,composite treatment,low temperature treatment)in summer and autumn.The results showed:The best group was the alternate vacuum and oxygen treatment,after processing the content of gamma-aminobutyric acid was 447.80 mg/100g,the second was composite treatment,after processing the content of gamma-aminobutyric acid was 347.43mg/100g.The vacuum and CO2 treatment have similar result.Spraying L-Glutamic treatment have worse results.The low temperature treatment have no effect nearly.
