Study On The Development And Countermeasures Of Ecological Circular Agriculture In Qian Chuan Town,Ling'an District,Hangzhou

Under the background of the new concept of innovation,coordination,green,open and shared development,The main purpose of agricultural economic development is to build eco recycling agriculture and vigorously promote agricultural modernization and speed up transformation of agricultural development mode.With the increasingly serious environmental problems,the development of agricultural economy will continue to increase.We also need to maintain the win-win situation of resources,energy and environment.We need to build on the basis of local conditions.Solve the contradiction between resource shortage and agricultural economic development.Realizing the sustainable development of ecological recycling agriculture.This study takes the Qian Chuan Town,Ling'an District,Hangzhou City,Zhejiang Province as an example.16 villages based on the town of Qian Chuan,Survey data on field visits of 100 Households,And select the 3 typical ecocycle agriculture development situations as the research object.Based on questionnaires,interviews and summary data of ecological recycling agriculture in recent years,On the basis of the analysis of the data,The combination of empirical research and comparative analysis is adopted.Find out the problems and drawbacks in developing eco circulation agriculture in the town of Qian Chuan.(1)The main body of the development of eco circulation agriculture and agriculture in the town of Qian Chuan is low.In the survey of 100 household samples of farmers,The structure of the labor force has changed,The main manifestation is the low level of culture,The age of labor is high.In the survey of sample farmers,65% of the agricultural labor force is junior high school and below its educational level.Rural labor force over 50 years old accounted for 60% of the survey sample.The concept of eco-circular agriculture is still quite lacking,In the sample of the survey,45% of the farmers said they did not have the idea.(2)From the survey to understand,The whole town is dominated by a small and scattered farming mode.In the process of developing circular agriculture in Qian Chuan,we did not make full use of input resources.It needs to be further improved and perfected.Based on the above findings,the following policy recommendations are put forward.(1)extensive publicity of ecological recycling agriculture,We should strengthen the training of agricultural technology.Eco recycling agriculture is a new mode of agricultural development.It is guided by the principles and laws of ecology.It is characterized by low consumption,low emissions and high efficiency.Agriculture that is produced in a circular mode.Omnibearing and multi-level propaganda of ecological circular agriculture for achieving agricultural synergy.The increase of farmers' income and the sustainable development of the rural economy,Improving farmers' consciousness of developing ecological recycling agriculture.Mobilize farmers' enthusiasm for developing eco circulation agriculture.Abandoning the idea of small farmers,Break backward ideas,Strengthen technical training,Improve the quality of the rural labor force as a whole,So that farmers can benefit from the development of eco recycling agriculture.(2)Construction of development mechanism,Promote the demonstration and establishment of the park.Combined with the construction of "two districts" and the construction of "green home and Fuli mountain village" in Ling'an District,Hangzhou.To formulate and improve the supporting policies for ecological recycling agriculture,Strengthening the integration of funds for the support of agriculture,To form a diversified investment mechanism;We should promote agriculture development funds and agriculture related funds to the demonstration area through multiple channels.Improving the construction of agricultural public infrastructure,Subsidies for land transformation and modern production facilities.Promoting the service of science and technology,Improving farmers' consciousness of developing ecological circulation agriculture;In the development of science and technology,Farmland water conservancy,Comprehensive agricultural development,Agricultural Technology Extension fund and other projects give priority to fund support.Focusing on the characteristics of local eco circulation agriculture in Hangzhou Ling'an district.Promote the demonstration and establishment,Promote the sustainable development of ecological recycling agriculture.
