| Shuangcheng District is an important agricultural and animal husbandry production base in Harbin.It has natural and social resources suitable for agricultural production.In recent years,due to the one-sided pursuit of economic benefits of agricultural production,ignoring the harmonious development of ecology and society,the recycling agriculture in Shuangcheng District have been reduced and the ecological environment has been deteriorating day by day,which has become a restriction on agriculture in Shuangcheng District.Popularization of circular agriculture has put forward a new idea for agricultural development in Shuangcheng District,which requires both ecological and social development while pursuing economic benefits.Recycling agriculture requires modern management means and scientific and technological achievements to carry out agricultural production,combining agricultural economy with resources and environment,so as to realize the sustainable development of agriculture.The development of recycling agriculture is guided by the theory of sustainable development and adheres to the "3R" principle.On the basis of the traditional agricultural production system,the recycling economy chain of "resources-product-renewable resources" is constructed to realize the utilization of pollutants.The ultimate realization of agricultural ecological benefits,social and economic benefits of unity,coordination.Recycling agriculture is a feasible measure for the construction of new socialist countryside and the construction of socialist ecological civilization.It is also an important way to solve the problem of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" and an inevitable choice for the development of agricultural modernization.Therefore,the development of recycling agriculture in Shuangcheng District can alleviate the problems of tightening of ecological resources and worsening of environmental pollution,and promote the healthy and sustainable development of agricultural production in Shuangcheng District.Although a large number of scholars have studied the development of recycling agriculture,there are relatively few researches on recycling agriculture in Shuangcheng District.Therefore,based on recycling economy theory,agricultural ecological engineering theory and sustainable development theory,the basic situation of recycling agriculture development in double urban areas is combed from three angles: general situation,development characteristics and development mode.This paper probes into the problems of the development of recycling agriculture in the two urban areas at present,and analyzes the advanced development mode of recycling agriculture in China and abroad,and obtains the inspiration to promote the development of recycling agriculture in the two districts.Finally,the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of recycling agriculture in double urban areas,aiming at developing recycling agriculture in double urban areas,promoting the promotion of the concept of recycling economy,improving the utilization rate of resources in the two urban areas,and alleviating the double pressure of economic growth and lack of resources.To maximize the comprehensive benefits of agricultural ecology,society and economy,and finally to promote sustainable,healthy and sustainable development of agriculture in two urban areas. |
