As the increasing demand for the banana,it is more and more concerned that there is a large amount of waste of banana resource.Incorrect treatment will cause the pollution of the environment and waste.Using the banana fiber extraction machine can not only protect the environment,but also make the fiber resource reusable this paper partly research on the optimization process program of the banana fiber extraction machine.The structure of the is:according to the existing problem of the machine and the way of optimization,make the optimization of the blade wheel.using the bionics theory and finite element method to analyze the stability;and make a comparative experiment to get statistic of the blade.Then get the optimization experiment result through response surface analysis.The conclusion are followed:1?Through finite element analysis,the deformation of blade A is 0.1475mm.the deformation of blade B is 0.0280mm.The maximum deformation of the blade is on the center part.2?The bionic blade is comparatively better than the origin blade on solving blocking.3?Compare to the result of Design Expert,we can conclude that the ratio of fiber extraction:the blade with short tooth and long tooth>long tooth blade>origin blade.on the ratio of trash content:the blade with short tooth and long tooth<long tooth blade<origin blade4?The result shows:the blade with short tooth and long tooth has a higher efficiency,and it's ratio of fiber extraction can reach to 16.44%.It has a 25%increase than the origin blade.The ratio of trash content can decrease to 5%.It has a half decrease than the origin blade.
