With the improvement of science and technology,it is very helpful to improve the accuracy of detection.Many traditional methods based on artificial experience can not meet the needs of people more and more.At the same time,with the popularization of intelligence,the use of machines instead of people can improve the efficiency of work.Too much water in grain may lead to fever,mildew and other conditions,resulting in food deterioration can not be edible.For the detection of grain water content,people used to use hand touch and bite to estimate their water content.This method is not only low precision,but also time-consuming and laborious,so it is not suitable for large area measurement.In the storage facilities,such as grain depot,some of the grain moisture content may rise due to water leakage,etc.,which may not be found in time by manual detection.In this paper,based on the above conditions,a reflective microwave method is used to design an on-line detection device for grain moisture content.The characteristic of the reflective microwave measurement is that the larger the number of objects being measured,the better the measurement results.In addition,low-power microwave sensor is harmless to human body and food,and can be used for nondestructive testing.The device adopts HB-100 X-band microwave sensor.First,the output signal of the sensor is amplified.The next step is using the A / D converter built in the STC12C5A60S2 to collect it.The data is transferred back to the upper computer through the RS485 interface.Through the calibration data curve,we can know the grain moisture content according to the return value.The device has the advantages of small size and high detection speed.In addition,the device can be installed with a number of probes and distributed in large facilities such as the granary.According to the data returned to the upper computer,the large area of grain moisture content can be monitored in real time,thus realizing the function of fast nondestructive on-line detection.
