The diesel engine has been favored by people because of its power foot,low operating cost and strong reliability.Especially in the application of heavy freight car has irreplaceable position.However,diesel engine NOx and PM pollutants generated by the more serious pollution to the environment than gasoline vehicles,Therefore,the exhaust treatment of diesel engine is widely concerned and studied.In recent years,non-thermal plasma(NTP)purifying automobile exhaust technology has been paid more and more attention in automobile exhaust treatment.In this paper,the NO,and PM technology in the exhaust gas of diesel vehicles with low temperature plasma purification are reviewed.The plasma wood fiber purifier was designed and study on the purification properties of NOx and PM in diesel vehicle exhaust.In this paper,the related theories of low temperature plasma and low temperature plasma purification diesel vehicle exhaust are reviewed.Several ways of producing low temperature plasma are analyzed.Finally,the dielectric barrier discharge is chosen to produce low temperature plasma.A plasma wood fiber purifier was proposed in combination with micron fiber filtration PM technology.A plasma wood fiber purifier was proposed in combination with micron fiber filtration PM technology.The temperature field,electric field,flow field and other physical fields are analyzed in this paper.A multi-physical field coupling model for plasma-wood fiber purifier was established.The coupling model is simulated by using Comsol multiphysics field coupling simulation software.The distribution cloud of electric field intensity generated by the coupling of multiple physical field is studied.Electrical reference is provided for the design of plasma wood fiber purifier.Secondly,it is based on the characteristics of LabVIEW virtual instrument and plasma wood fiber purifier and design the performance detection system of the filter.The hardware of this system includes gas concentration sensor,temperature sensor,pressure sensor,signal conditioning module and pci-1710 data acquisition card.The software part mainly includes the data processing and interface display program written in G language.The virtual simulation test was carried out by NI MAX driver.The system has the function of stable acquisition data signal.The engine bench test of plasma wood fiber purifier is a necessary means for its performance detection.Therefore,this paper finally set up a plasma wood fiber purifier engine platform system.The system mainly includes plasma wood fiber purifier,cooler,dilution system and data acquisition system.Test by engine bench We mainly studied the effect of different discharge voltage,different tail gas temperature and other factors on purification performance of plasma wood fiber purifier.At the same time,SEM and EDAX energy spectrum analyzer were used to analyze the surface of wood fiber after voltage treatment.
