The purpose was to Study on pathogenesis of dairy cow ketosis by dynamic studying 13 calving around dairy cows, analyzing postpartum dairy cow change characteristic of ketone concentrate and many biochemical index ,find out the ratio of dairy cow subclinical ketosis and correlative coefficient of plasma ketone and plasma total lipids among biochemical index. Gathering blood sample on the morning of postpartum period -25,1,5,12,19,26,33 and 40 day, and detecting plasma glucose, total lipids, total protein ,[ albumin, AST, ALT, GGT, GH, PRL, Ca, P, RBC, WBC and differential count of white blood cell, analyzing statistically discipline of dairy cow biochemical index change ,biochemical index dynamic change of subclinical ketosis and correlative coefficient of plasma glucose , plasma ketone and plasma total lipids amongbiochemical index. The results were as follow:1. Plasma glucose and plasma ketone were showing wave change, and lowed on 12~33 days of postpartum, The ratio of subclinical ketosis was 38.5%; correlative coefficient of glucose-ketone was -0.287 (P<0.01).2. Plasma total lipids were rising from 2129.5±357.9mg/L of calving to 3974.3±718.3mg/L in 40-day of postpartum. Plasma total lipids rised remarkably when longer time of subclinical ketosis and later happening of hyperketonemia.Correlative coefficient of glucose-total lipid was -0.219(P<0.05).3. The total protein, albumin, AST and ALT were showing wave change,,...
